2. There are no free sunbeds on the beaches at 9 (! ) in the morning!! ! Why not add? You have to pick up at 6 am!
3. Three beaches. Entry into the sea is only from two - and then in a narrow strip. Given the children with their mothers in shallow water, it is often not very comfortable to enter. There are fish, the reef is not gorgeous, but there is something to see.
4. The rooms are good, renovated. Cleaning standards. There is a kettle in the room, o / r coffee and tea (which really saved, because the coffee and tea in the restaurant are terrible).

5. The territory of the hotel is not very large, but beautiful, traces of the former chic are visible. Some rooms are not used - an amphitheater, for example. The reception is at the very top, and the sea and pool are at the bottom. You can’t go up the stairs, there are few elevators, and they don’t reach the reception! Therefore, the chocolate hour at the reception is another redneck of the hotel.
6. All 7 days of rest they painted the gazebo - the stench stood on all the beaches, vacationers collected signatures for the administration !!!
7. The restaurant is the main drawback of the hotel, and sooo significant! Even for Egyptian hotels, the range is very scarce! Coffee in the morning, which the waiter carries in a coffee pot, is slop!! ! Espresso bars are paid! Poisoned on the second day of arrival, and not only we. A friend has a temperature of 38, diarrhea is terrible, the whole rest is down the drain. Administration on the drum, the insurance doctor at the hotel does not serve, you have to go to the hospital. Fruits: apples, sometimes (! ) oranges, bananas. Grapefruit in the morning. All!! ! And it's mango season! Fish and chicken are the same every day. No variety. Everything gets boring in 7 days. Small children are generally difficult to feed. This is the first time we have encountered this during our 8th trip to Egypt. The waiters are a disgrace! Who gave them this form? Electrician's pants with large pockets and T-shirt. And what in the morning, what in the afternoon, what for dinner. And is it 5 stars? The meeting administrator is generally frostbitten all the time - either constantly sleepy, or stoned. Crows at breakfast on the terrace take food from plates (while I went for fruit - a crow is already sitting in an omelette) - is it normal?
8. Ice cream on coupons (! ) - you still need to come up with something like that!
9. The water in the pool is ice cold! In October, this has never been seen in Egypt.
Pleased only with a gorgeous view of Naama Bay and the weather, but this is not the merit of the hotel.
The first time we left our vacation disappointed.
