I am not one of those tourists who are trying in every possible way to find flaws in the hotel, but after staying here, I got the impression that you were fucked for your own money with their AI and service.
I'll start with the good:
- good Wi-Fi (even on the beach);
- good entry into the sea on the 1st and 4th beaches, and a gorgeous coral reef and diving center;
- the territory from certain angles also looks beautiful, it's nice to walk along the promenade in Naama Bay in the evening.
That's probably all.
Accommodation and rooms:

We arrived at the hotel at 9 in the morning, for some gratitude they asked us to be settled immediately, they showed us several dead old rooms with a bed for two (we flew with a child), we focused on the fact that we were not 2, but 3 -e, and somehow it’s not very convenient to sleep on the same bed with a 7-year-old child, we were told that they have all such rooms with accommodation for only two, for the child they offered a built-in sofa under the window. Since we had no choice and the child seemed to fit on that sofa, we agreed to a room on the top floor, since the view was good there. As I later read in the reviews, there are better rooms there, after renovation, but for some reason they are not offered to our tourists.
The rooms are small and do not correspond to a 5 * hotel at all, the furniture is very old.
There are no bracelets here, everywhere when receiving beach towels and when ordering alcoholic drinks they ask for a room number. And upon check-in, they give an envelope with the rules and the concept of the hotel, in which they also give you coupons for ice cream, 2 coupons for 1 person per day (it’s clear that we didn’t eat so much ice cream anyway, but the very fact of the initial restriction is present).
Food and service:
If you still decide to fly to this hotel because of the beach and corals, then take only breakfast, it’s not worth flying here according to the all-inclusive system.
The food is limited and not tasty (does not correspond to 5 * at all), a couple of times there was a feeling that the vegetables were not washed very well before cooking. There were no soups, once they served borscht, they only dishonored this dish with their stirrups, it looked like slops. Once they served crabs, which were simply overcooked and the meat in them resembled porridge, which was impossible to eat.
You order drinks from the waiter and wait a long time, they can bring them in an unwashed glass, as I understand it, they have the norm, they also made coffee on the beach in the same cups. By the way, about coffee, you can drink it only for breakfast from a vending machine, or near the reception for $ 4, it was impossible to drink coffee that was made at bars from bags. And if you want to have lunch here after checking out at 12-00, then keep in mind that lunch will cost 20 USD, it’s not worth this money, it’s better to go to Naama Bay and order seafood soup and shrimp in a cafe, it will cost you at 10 USD, but it will be tasty and a lot.
Regarding the snack bar, it is free until 15:00, after this time, you will be billed for everything you ordered.
Alcohol is served only after 12-00.

The staff, that the Arabs, that the Russian-speaking people are boorish, there are also normal ones, but there are literally a couple of people there.
And before you do something, you need to clarify everything with the staff (you can just give them all the brains), because no one warns about anything, but they are only waiting for you to make a mistake somewhere, so that they can bill you later and earn on you.
This hotel does not correspond to 5 * and there is essentially no AI system there.
