We arrived at the hotel at 10 am and after 20 minutes we were settled in a very good room (without money !!! ) Everything is thought out in the hotel, on the 5th floor they accommodate those who do not have meals, on 4 - only breakfast, on 3 - two meals a day , for 2-three meals a day and on the first all-inclusive. The rooms are very good!!!! ! If breakdowns or any troubles occur, they immediately try to eliminate them. on the beach, the Italian was washing his one-year-old daughter, slipped and fell with the child, so all the staff ran to him and after that for another two hours they were interested in the well-being of the child and carried water. In the next room of the couple, the door to the bathroom did not close and they complained to the reception, but for some reason it was fixed only two days later. But for breakfast, they brought fruits, flowers and chocolate to their room. The staff is friendly, no one asked for money. Food for Egypt is normal. The only negative is my poisoning and several other couples we met have the same thing, although we only ate at the hotel. Of the 5 beaches, you can only swim on three. The corals are excellent. Glass-bottom yachts sail to the first beach every 10 minutes. If you go to this hotel, do not forget to take medicines for diarrhea and food poisoning (preferably stronger because any kind of Smecta, Espumesan do not help). Most likely an infection in the hotel. Before this hotel was in Egypt 4 times, but this is the first time for me.
