We returned from Nubian Island on July 23, rested from the 12th. The hotel is just amazing! But first things first.

Check-in at the hotel takes 10 minutes. During this time, they manage to tell you what, where and how ... , drink a cocktail, give out keys, put on bracelets, etc. Of course, provided that you arrive after 14:00. To be honest, this is how I check into all the hotels in the world, and sometimes it’s even strange to read reviews about how people are marinated during check-in for several hours.

Naturally, when settling, no one gives anyone any money. Firstly, it's stupid, and secondly, this is the surest way to change your attitude to negative, and not vice versa, especially in the Arab countries.

Getting a room in Nubian Island with a bad location is quite difficult, unless you tried and put money at the reception. Then I can't vouch for you.

We got a bungalow deep enough into the park to create the illusion of privacy, and close enough to the main building so as not to be cut off from civilization, which is concentrated in the main building, especially at night. In general, the location was perfect, which we appreciated more than once during our stay.

The hotel rooms are spacious and the special architecture of the bungalows makes it impossible for any noise to enter from neighboring rooms. That is, in fact, you live in absolute peace.

Rooms are cleaned and linen and towels are changed daily, without unnecessary reminders, carefully and accurately. There is no problem to ask the cleaner to come at a convenient time for you. I always leave money when there is a trifle, but if not, it’s not. This is not a payment or a bribe, but gratitude for a good job. In any case, the quality of cleaning does not depend on this at all.

Next, territory! It's indescribable.
I am not surprised when I see such oases in the UAE - money is money, but in Egypt! Above all praise. Everything is striking, and landscape design, and a variety of flora, and the order and care with which all this is daily maintained in perfect order.

Speaking of insects. Those were not noticed, with the exception of one or two flies ...well, that's why they are flies to fly where they need to. Fumigation of bushes and baiting of lawns occurs within 10 minutes in the evening and after five minutes does not leave any foul-smelling memories of itself. The fumigator we had saved up remained in the package.

Beach. Corals, fish, hedgehogs, ebbs and flows - Sharm Ash-Sheikh - in a word. At low tide, it's nice to lie in a hot salt bath on the sand, or gurgle from a pontoon into cold water. At high tide you don't need a pontoon, unless you're a diver of course. Yes, sunbeds are always and everywhere.
I don’t know who drove it into the head of our compatriots from the former USSR that the sunbeds must be borrowed by all means at 6 am local time. Complete nonsense, however, watching the number of lonely towels on the beach (especially in the neighboring Nubian village, where there are much more Russians) is quite funny.

What else? The snack bar is open, towels are given out and collected, the staff carries sunbeds, carries fruit along the beach ...everything is like everywhere else.

Food! Food in Arab countries is always delicious and there is always a lot of it! This cannot be taken away from them. True, they tried to make the menu more European, but, thank God, they did not succeed very well. I love Arabic restaurants very much. For an abundance of excellent rice, for the amount of meat, fish and vegetables, for grilling, for kufta, shawarma and shish tavuk, for chicken in all the variety of sauces, for middle beef and, of course, for sweet pastries! … a lot for which I love slave restaurants.
In Dubai, I have a favorite place - Daniel in Twin Towers, so, the main restaurant in Nubian Island is half of Daniel. Half - well, this is a hotel restaurant ...

Special thanks to the chefs who will always take into account your tastes and preferences, and to the waiters who are always nearby, but imperceptibly nearby. In any case, you do not need to wait a second for them, and even more so - to call.

In general, the hotel staff makes a very good impression. Apparently the training is not in vain. Everything and always, management, reception, waiters, bartenders, cleaners, beachgoers - create a very friendly and good-natured atmosphere, while never forgetting that you are a guest, and they are staff.

Naturally, the hotel is a small village where everything is in plain sight. And if you pour alcohol all day, the attitude towards you will be appropriate. You should not go to Arab countries to drink.
You should not puff out your cheeks at the sight of a cleaner or gardener, no one should be rude at all. It is worth appreciating the work of people who make your vacation a vacation.

Oh, I forgot to say a word or two about the Italian who plays the saxophone and sings in the lobby bar. A real human orchestra! We just had a lot of fun. He is the same entertainer and joker in life as he is on the stage.

Excellent hotel. We will definitely return there, because Nubian Island is a whole sea of positive emotions.
