It is very important to read everything - I am writing a real review and not from animators (I chose the hotel by rating and reviews, and the reviews are written by animators from guests' phones and tell how cool everything is)
1- I'll start with the fact that there is no Wi fi at all, it is there but not working, it's better to buy a card at the airport.
2- When settling in the room (we arrived somewhere at 14:30), they hint at an additional fee for the “best room”, but don’t pay! The rooms are all the same, I checked it myself in our new acquaintances who paid $ 10 for a “super room” and there was not even a kettle with mugs.
3- Food as elsewhere in Egypt. But when checking out, we handed over the room at 12:00 and the plane was at 20:00 they didn’t let us in for lunch, they said that for a fee ($ 10 per person) and this is a world practice - after many trips I see such nonsense for the first time! What a scumbag? is there not enough food?

4- No animation, the guys are trying but everything is sluggish, crooked and not organized.
5- A la carte restaurants - only one worked for our vacation and it’s unrealistic to choose something normal there or for money.
6- Guide - it's tough! impudent and unpleasant type, the next day after arrival, a standard fee, but many, knowing what and how, do not go to him and they found a new feature - they tell everyone that they will not register a non-return flight - that is, without a visit from the guide you will not fly home. After holding us for half a day in the “miracle registration” queue, my nerves gave up and I started to make a fuss, after which he threw me the documents and, probably, with obscenities in Arabic, he let me go. (excursions are expensive and not worth it)
7- Souvenirs - there is a "Sultan Bazaar" across the road, ask MINA there - a good man, like for an Arab, he doesn’t sell anything, everything is moderate and makes gifts. , I recommend
8- Swimming pool - they wrote that it was heated but it was cool until the hotel visitor came with a thermometer and raised a cry - the heating was turned up and it was pleasant and comfortable to swim for which many thanks to him, he did everything well (and he himself received a bracelet from a neighboring hotel so that only did not shout further, hushed up)))
9- Excursions - as I wrote with the guide before, it is very expensive and he is a bad person, opposite the hotel there is a bureau "Cheburashka" ask Adam - we went on ATVs, there were only four of us for $ 10 per person. The guide takes $ 45 and on the territory of the hotel they offer $ 15, I recommend Cheburashka)
10- Seafood - I recommend going to a new city in the Fares restaurant - the portions are large and very tasty for a moderate price.
In general, I hope that someone will help to avoid unpleasant surprises and unnecessary expenses.

And our vacation was made by the Belarusian Dzidzio and Marina and Barik and company - it was cool with you, thank you! We love you very much)) I will not come to this hotel again - there are cheaper and better quality ones, I hope the administration will read it and draw conclusions.
