We arrived at about 8.30 in the morning at the hotel, handed over the documents and at about 10 settled in the room for free. The child was allowed to have breakfast, the adults were told after they were given bracelets. The bracelets were issued around 11.00, but by this time the breakfast was of course over. In the lobby bar there are snacks (from puff pastry), you can have a bite to eat. Two families arrived and settled in a bungalow. One room turned out to be normal, and the second one was very damp and with an unpleasant smell of charm. At first they refused to change, they said that the hotel was full and there were no rooms. But we came an hour later and on the third attempt at the reception gave up and gave a room in the main building by the pool and at the same time for free. The room in the main building is slightly larger than in the bungalow, there are bathrobes and slippers, as well as a kettle, cups + tea, sugar (which was not in the bungalow). It can be seen that the rooms were "refreshed", there were basically no traces of mold in the bathroom in our room. The bed and towels are white, not washed, which can not be said about beach towels (most of them are very old). The key is given only one per family, which is not very convenient in the absence of mobile communications and the Internet. Once the child left with the key, and there was an urgent need to get into the room, they gave out a free key only for one-time use. They cleaned every day, the bed was not changed every day, and the towels yes, they also gave shower gel, shampoo, a shower cap and soap. The air conditioner in the room is very noisy. All the bars on site have ice cream all day long (mango, cream and chocolate), they give you one at a time, but you can take at least a thousand times. The food is very good, despite the huge queues for lunch and dinner, food was brought all the time and even if some dish was over, after 3-5 minutes it was already possible to try it. Fruit in sufficient quantity, once there was a mango. As for me, desserts are not very tasty, only baklava is delicious. There were always several types of fish, beef, poultry, seafood for lunch and dinner. Restaurant "Baracuda" by the beach, it's convenient that it's not far to go, but lunch is more modest than in the main restaurant. After lunch, you can eat hot dogs and french fries near the beach in an Italian restaurant. Alcoholic cocktails, wine and beer of normal quality. The territory is very green and blooming trees, bushes and just flowers are pleasing to the eye. There were no mosquitoes, there were a lot of lizards, but we did not meet in the room. The staff is very helpful and not once has anyone "begged for a van dollar". And so the pluses: beautiful territory, kind staff, excellent lagoon with fish, good food, the opportunity to use the territory and bars of the Village Hotel. Cons: lack of normal Internet even at the reception, lack of dryers for clothes, impossibility to return beach towels after 17.00 and their "pulling" throughout the hotel (if you took a towel by the pool near the main restaurant in the morning, you must return it there, despite the fact that there is a reception point near the beach, but they have cards for towels indicating the room number, besides, they said twice a day that you can’t take towels), boring animation (animators don’t work at all). Also, the tour operator "Teztur" said that lunch was not allowed with a late check-out, but no one took off our bracelets and we had lunch at the main restaurant, we were also given a room near the main restaurant where we were at 17.00 took a shower and changed, only there were no towels. In general, very satisfied with the hotel! Third time in Egypt
