We were in this hotel from 30.12. 18 to 06.01. 2019. Personally, I am in Egypt for the 2nd time. I will say that I did not like the hotel. The only advantage is a beautiful area with a variety of plants. All. The kitchen is disgusting, there are a lot of bad things, some vegetables in different interpretations, there is practically no meat, breakfast is something in general. In the morning there is simply nothing but 5 types of eggs. The room is so-so, for 7 days the bed was never changed, they were cleaned through a call to the reception. Animators are a complete zero. Alcohol is also disgusting, more like kerosene. They paid $130 for the New Year's table, everything was full, but there was nothing to eat. All food is tasteless, so spoiling shrimp, for example, still needs to be tried. Before that, I had a rest in Hurghada - Royal Azur. I will say that this is heaven and earth. A separate minus the beach is a long pontoon, the beach is small, high slope, there is no toilet on the beach at all! And most importantly, there is a very large current, you only need to swim on a rope, otherwise it blows away instantly, even if there is no wind. Snacks are also something, maximum french fries and a sandwich with some disgusting sausage. There are a lot of Italians who get their ass kicked by the staff at every turn, which also infuriates and unnerves. Cleanliness is so-so. The staff is arrogant, even the Arab towels twists his face, as if he is giving out not towels, but a piece of bucks. Whoever says that it's good there is ready to spit in the face. I will never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend to anyone.
