Rested in a large company with children 1 and 2 years. Chose the hotel based on reviews. In Egypt 4 times (were in Mars Alami, Pyramid in Sal Hashish and Barcelo in Sharm), with a child - the third time. Therefore, our main focus was on the suitability of the hotel for children.
95% of Ukrainians in the hotel did not see the CCP or they were well disguised, the rest - Italy, Kazakhstan. By the way, in the neighboring hotel Nubian Village most Italians, there is all the animation in Italian. It would be very annoying for me if I rested there. At least everything was conducted in neutral English.
Nubian Island is a very family run hotel. Almost all-married couples with young children. We met a lot of people. Not suitable for young people. It will be terribly boring.
TERRITORY. Extremely green and large. It was very close to the sea, but I always had to take a stroller to the restaurant, because the child is 2 years old and walks far in the heat. Therefore, it is best to choose a bungalow in the middle of the territory.

At check-in paid $ 20 for a two-room bungalow. At lunch we could hear a disco in the pool room, but in the evening the show was inaudible. Depending on which way the bungalow windows are facing. The condition of the rooms is normal. The shower is clean, the plumbing has not become obsolete, probably two years ago it was repaired. Only the air conditioner and the refrigerator worked very noisily, I was a little tired at night. And in the other room is a stationary condor, it worked only for drying air, and also very noisy. FOOD. Very worthy, as for Egypt. Compared to Barcelo, there is less choice, but everything is delicious. There were sailors all the time, breakfasts are standard, in the main restaurant there is a children's corner with a TV and tables. From there we fed our children. There have always been good cream soups, mashed potatoes, rice, pasta and something meaty.
Cocktails were diluted with yuppie juices (for comparison in Barcelona it was juices from a pack), middle-aged alcohol, although beer is normal. I do not drink alcohol, and non-alcoholic cocktails from yuppie are a kind of complete bottom.
ANIMATION. She seems to be there, as if she is not. Fitness stretching zumba is conducted by animators who are already well over 35 and they are not athletic or some kind of skinny people who used to be windy. It's weak here, although if you do not pay attention to details, you can find entertainment to your liking. In the evening a mini-disco standard, an adult show, a crowded Mr. and Miss hotel. Heavy low tide 4 hours a day at different times of the day. From the pontoon - a beautiful reef, but by noon there was ALWAYS a red flag. Therefore, in reality, my husband and I normally swam with a mask only once a day in turn. At 5 pm the sun began to set, and at 6 pm it was red again.
There is a diving center on the territory, I dived, but I did not see anything better than upstairs with a mask. For diving, you should choose protected areas of the Red Sea.
In short, if you like to swim, then you are not here, in all neighboring hotels the situation is similar with the sea, the width of the beach and low tide.
