1. Reception. 10/10. Most friendly and fast. Check-in was at 20:00, took 5 minutes. All issues that arose were resolved within 5 minutes. Check out was before 12 noon. And the bus for us was supposed to arrive at 15.00. It was pleasant that until 15:00 we continued to rest on the territory of the hotel, and also fully enjoyed all the restaurants and, in general, everything without restrictions until the full departure.

2. Room stock. 5/10. Yes Yes Yes. Everyone says the rooms are old and all that. And there is. We lived in a 2 bedroom bungalow. When checking in, I just gave a few dollars (do not be afraid of this, the amount is not large, the chance to live in a slightly better room is growing). Perhaps that is why the shower and bathroom were free of fungus with fresh plumbing. And the lockers, doors and windows, just welcome to the 1980s. Life hack: I always take an extension cord and a tee with me, since we have 10+ devices that need charging, and there are catastrophically few outlets.

3. Cleaning. 9/10. Everything was fine with us, probably because I left a tip.

4. Territory. 7/10.
Pretty big.
Yes, quite beautiful, but not enough space. An important point. I have a leg injury, it was difficult to walk around the territory (landscape features). I recommend to go to the main restaurant through the Village. It will also be relevant to someone with a stroller.

5. Beach. 8/10. A huge plus is the mounds on the beach. Much more comfortable. The sunbeds are not wooden (hello, half of the hotels with wooden sunbeds are 20 years old), but plastic, not worn out. The mattresses on the beds are whole, clean. Every morning the mattresses were cleaned and washed by the staff (selectively, but they were actually washed).

6. Pools. 8/10. Nothing special, but the children's pool is normally heated, the large pool by the sea is also heated. Thoughtful zones with different depths. Everything is pretty convenient. The score is high because it can be used without restrictions by all the pools of the Nubian Village, as well as the water park (it's nice that the water in the water park was heated).

7. Restaurants (location and convenience). 7/10.
On the one hand, everything seems to be done so that they are everywhere, and as convenient as possible, but on the other hand, there are constant restrictions. There until 15:00, there from 11:00, there is only this, and there this. It will be ideal for an unpretentious tourist, but it bothered me.

8. Nutrition. 8/10. They'll put it high because it's Egypt. They try. But this is Egypt...Yes, there is meat, fish and seafood here...But perhaps we "got drunk" and got used to quality food...Yes, everything is here every day from chicken soup to stews/cooked on fire dishes. On Tuesdays, prawns on fire, steaks on fire, chicken, baked and fried fish, various sauteed, mixes and vegetables ...Squids, crabs and even octopuses. Half of the products have an unusual taste, you need to understand that the quality of the server will be low (example: there is no tasty tomato there at all). At the same time, fruits are delicious. Sliced delicious mangoes, delicious tangerines, oranges, as well as exotics are often served. For fruits - 10 points.
Very annoying, directly knocks out what you need to ask for everything. You walk like a beggar with an outstretched hand, asking not for 2 thin pieces of meat, but more. In response, they can throw meat directly into your plate and sprinkle with vegetable oil. After talking with the head of the restaurant and the chef, they apologized for a long time and gave compliments in the form of shrimp. By the way, the lines for dishes are long (10 minutes). Drinks are standard. Circles, fanta and sprites are not divorced (in other hotels it was felt that there was a lot of water, but here everything is decent). Alcohol - you can tell legends about it (sucks). In general, I would put 2 for food due to the lack of quality everything, but I understand that our family has been eating for the last 2-3 years almost like healthy people, we carefully select cereals, fish and meat, vegetables and fruits. We took chocolate without sugar with us (it is impossible to eat sweets), we took our coffee and parmesan with us.
Therefore, for us, in general, the format "Egypt all inclusive" is not suitable.
Understanding this, I put 8. Coffee, even the one in beans, sucks terrible.

9. Animation. 10/10. Friendly and cheerful. Maximum friendly to children. We had 2 children aged 9 and 11 with us. They are delighted. The essences were somewhere, and in the evenings they told with happy eyes how they played here and there. Water polo, darts, table football, volleyball and children's volleyball, some layers were thrown, danced. Constantly on the move. Rich evening program.

10. Sea. 10/10. In my opinion, the ebbs and flows are a huge plus. You always have a choice where to swim. The water in the 20th of December was warm, comfortable, the sea was calm. Often complete silence. Fish bonus.
