1. The locks on the doors of the rooms, like ordinary bath handles, opened the door with a couple of thick leaflets. They didn’t steal anything from anyone’s number, but it’s dumb to leave a tablet and equipment, you just aren’t mentally calm. Once we return home from dinner, the door is wide open and a drunken body is sleeping in the room, I just made a mistake with the number and pushed a little on the door and it opened.

2. The food is ok, everything is on top, near the reception there are two halls for breakfast and dinner, one looks like a Soviet canteen without windows, they go there when there is not enough space in the main hall. But everyone wants to spend lunch and dinner in a restaurant on the seashore overlooking the island, and here is the most important MINUS - there are not enough tables, that's not enough at all. Your lunch and dinner will turn into arriving early, taking a seat and eating quickly to make room for other guests. Morally, you have a burden to eat faster. You can eat quietly at the hotel, but you need to go to the reception in those two rooms. One of the evenings was the Independence Day of Ukraine, the tables were occupied as usual in advance, but for the photo the waiters removed all the "hats" from the tables and our hat with a brim was stolen)) it is clear that our compatriots. I don't understand why you can't bet 30 tables more?
3. Those who go for fish need to find out how often it is windy in one month or another. Out of 7 days, only 1 day in the morning there was a green flag, and then at 9:10 we swore that the pontoon was opened for us, otherwise the guards said that come at 10:00. For children there is a small paddling pool, sandy beach - everything is fine.
4. Guide from TUI Ahmet (it seems) - that's who can spoil your mood. Even on the bus, we were told that a meeting with the guide is mandatory, since during the coronavirus the guide arranges for a flight))) Then you get an hour of excursions, an hour of your personal time from 9:00-10:00, an hour of the most pleasant sun, an hour of your rest , BUT then you are forced to fill out a questionnaire where you need to choose excursions, and if you do not choose any, then the questionnaire is not taken away from you, but put in a queue for processing, and if you still do not agree, then the benevolent Ahmet tells you words of kindness on Russian and in pursuit in Arabic with a vile face to everyone, probably cursing that he will not be able to collect money for 4 wives.
5. Cunning at the reception. We decided to extend the room, came to the reception in advance and they told us that we would extend it, the price was 40 bucks, but they didn’t take the money, they say, come back tomorrow and so we went 4 times. I understand that it is important for them to accommodate people for a full day, but the attitude as a client is sadness.
6. Whoever chose a water park for children made a mistake. The little one is almost 4 years old, but he moves down the hill with me - and here you can’t be alone, you can’t take the child in your arms at all. Well, maybe with a circle - it’s impossible with a circle)), maybe the wife will catch him from below - you can’t stand and catch. The water park is only for adults and for children who are not afraid and can swim themselves.
7. The Internet is very weak. We got local sims.

Good: the animation is chic - and water aerobics, and water polo, and discos, and just talk (Masha, girls and guys chocolate and chocolate with milk is just Agon), the food is excellent, the beer is delicious, ice cream every day, there is a beach and a paddling pool, in the sand you can children to dig, the staff on the territory is excellent, they help, treat, clean, they don’t swear for jumping into the pool.
