Beach towels are usually waiting in the room upon arrival, we did not have, we had to call the reception three times before they brought it. And each time they listened to what they looked in the closet, as a result, it took half an hour to resolve the issue. It was more difficult when some radish on the beach stole one towel...
The quality of the rooms is good for Egypt, it’s understandable that it’s tinted somewhere, it creaks somewhere, something else, but no one came here to play the Auditor, so in general everything is ok. The first day there was no hot water in the room, we thought that it was with pressure or something else, but on the second evening we realized that it smelled of kerosene and called for repairs. Well, I think the whole week will have to harden, but no. When the repairmen returned from dinner, they were already puffing at full speed and by 22-00 the problem was fixed, which could not but please. The only strange thing is that no one knew about it before our arrival. It’s a pity they didn’t decorate the room, even minimally for the anniversary, although I asked in advance, but it doesn’t matter, next time I think they will fix it.
Reading the reviews of others about food, who is not satisfied with something, I can give Bayan. No one forces you to come to dinner at Barakuda (a restaurant by the sea) at the beginning of lunch, but there are roughly ten tables on the street and a couple of dozen inside. Of course there will be a queue. Come by 13-30 and everything will be where you want and how you want. This does not affect the assortment of food in any way, but the meal is without haste and with service. They did that every day. The same applies to dinner, they came once at 20-00, but a full house, later for half an hour - sit down wherever you want and all the food is available. Even at the gala dinner and shrimp were grilled and everything was meat, and tuna, and crabs, and whatever you want. With all my optimism and pragmatism, I can note both for the hoteliers themselves and for vacationers, pay attention to the Italian a la carte. It is, of course, the bottom. In addition to dessert, the rest of the food is a big G. And no matter how hard the waiters try, there is nothing to reproach, but the kitchen is a real disaster. Salad: tomato-cucumbers are cut into a plate and straight cold stale from the refrigerator, cream potato soup, pasta (Paleozoic varieties) with some remains of mushrooms, pizza (we even have it better in Silpo), and meat for fries (this one is hard to spoil ) it feels like they just moved it from the day before yesterday's dinner from the main restaurant. As a human being, something needs to be done about this. I really regret that we left the trip here before leaving and it would be better if we went to Barakuda for dinner for a fee, where it is really tasty and of high quality.
Entertainment. For every taste. From water aerobics, water polo, darts, yoga to mega cool foam parties. We got on 2, the first one is under the number at the active pool, very cool and the second evening, on the pool in the village. Return on 100500%. A good playground on the border of the village and the island, there is also a children's disco nearby every day, the child still sings these motives. Separately, it is necessary to highlight table football, an outlet for the kids for the evening, only one table is not enough. The animators even had to pick up the ball so that people would go from there to play darts. But then until dark, or how we played with the lantern until late.

On the reef, of course, not Sharks Bay, but Nabka is a protected area and various fish came across both at depth and in the lagoon at high tide, there was something to shoot on camera in those free couple of hours of children's daytime sleep when there was a green flag.
In general, in terms of service, I will say that all the staff, as for Egypt, work with a bang. Only some personalities at the reception are a little unpleasant, they are too cunning in Arabic, but you are no stranger to this. But the rest I just want to praise. Ice cream on the beach 3 pieces - so 3 pieces no questions asked, beer open a bottle and take at least 3 glasses, no questions asked. The guys are sewn up in the pool bar, there are a lot of people, so I saw how they sinned in a hurry loading ice into a bucket from the refrigerator with their hands, but then they made excellent coffee and served it in a cup. Also from sins, I don’t know who taught them, in the main restaurant to hold cups with your fingers from the inside, after what they saw, only glasses were asked separately. Such a contrast, despite the fact that even cola-fanta-sprite is poured not from a machine, but from liter bottles.
