Отель неплохой, если бы не наши сограждане The hotel is not bad, if not for our fellow citizens

We went through the Anex tour, the test was included in the price of the tour. The transfer and customs clearance on arrival were quick, everything was organized very well.
We were at the hotel at 4:00 pm. The reception itself at first glance made an impression, let's say, did not live up to expectations. The Village Hotel had a renovation of the reception and the main pool, so all the admin services are provided by the Island. Probably, after the renovation of the Village, they will move on to repairing the Island, because, as necessary, two restaurants, they are probably considered the main ones, also require repair, one of them, as I understand it, is a former entertainer hall without windows without doors, in short, a depressing sight. The territory of the hotel was not big, everything is very crowded, but it is somehow cozy and very green, bridges, small river, palm trees, bushes, clean.
In general, they settled quickly and, of course, with a normal non-transparent hint of a surcharge. We decided to first see what they would offer us, in general, we settled in a bungalow, the room was ordinary, clean but tiny. For me personally, the size of the room does not matter much and how old the furniture is, I don’t go looking for microscopic chips on the tiles and a little peeling paint. The result is the number of norms.

Meals: on the day of arrival (after numerous recommendations from tourists who rested here and were simply in a stupefied delight), we were a little disappointed, but then everything seemed to improve. It means that seafood was even very elegant, they often gave crabs, shrimps, squids, baby octopuses and snails, in different variations, salads, soups, pasta and paella. According to the side dishes, everything is according to the Egyptian standard, meat: turkey, chicken, beef, probably lamb (a specific smell). Ice cream from 10-16 at the beach bar and pool restaurant. Seasonal fruits banana, dates, orange, apples, guava, mango, grapes, watermelon, melon. Sweets are a bit modest for me.
Beach: in general, not bad from the shore, you can carefully go in without specials. shoes from morning until 10 o'clock you can swim near the shore, then the tide goes out. Due to the location of the hotel in a windy bay, it was possible to swim from the pontoon only after 14-00, a red flag hangs in the morning. Summary of the beach is not a bad reef, a normal coastal zone.
Animation: but the animation is sooooo even worthy, the guys are 100% great, foam parties, fun aqua aerobics, contests and all sorts of performances. I especially liked the evening foam party, very bright with fireshow illumination.
Special thanks to the girls of the gastronomy, who every day at the pool collected information from the guests that they did not like how to help them.

And of course, the most depressing impression left from the guests of this hotel, our fellow citizens. For several years in a row I was lucky enough to relax in hotels oriented towards guests from Europe, and so, in terms of comfort of stay and joint rest with Europeans and our citizens, the difference is palpable, to put it mildly. I was just discouraged by the behavior of people, to put a child to relieve himself under a palm tree or a bush in the order of things, despite the fact that there were more than enough toilets on the territory of the hotel and they were decent in terms of cleanliness, well, this is a child, what's wrong with that, I have never seen neither the Arabs nor the Europeans have children without panties, why do our citizens think that it is the norm to let a child of 4 years old shine with a bare booty, well, or to dip your fingers in a plate of nutella. One got the impression that all the mothers of Ukraine had come to this hotel. A lot of people describe and photograph chips on the tile or slightly peeling paint or not straight fresh and new furniture, but they themselves allow themselves to throw out the diaper in the middle of the path or beg for a glass on the grass. And of course, drunken faces, and especially crazy blue girls behaving like runaway cheap girls from the track. From now on I will choose a hotel with a minimum of our light brown tourists.
To sum up, the hotel is not bad, the staff is trying as best they can, it is desirable to renovate at least partially the reception and restaurants attached. In general, I liked everything!!!!
