First, a little about the composition of the family. We have 4 children - 3 of which are disabled (children with cerebral palsy). To take such a number of children abroad for vacation is another quest (3 children under guardianship, a lot of documents, coordination, etc. ). Therefore, every year we rested in parts and only in Turkey, on ultra all inclusive. It is very expensive to pay for all at once. And so we decided to fly cheaper, but all together. Our favorite travel agency suggested Egypt. But they immediately warned - this is not Turkey, the service is not the same. We decided to fly.

1. Tests - there were no problems, we passed in Ukraine, we were a little worried, but everything was ok (we took insurance against non-departure).

2. Due to the difficult composition, there were concerns about how to be at the airport - the Sky up airline is super! All organized and elevator and corridor).


3. Hotel - arrived late, were at the hotels at 19.00. Settled quickly, thanks to the travel agency, gastrusion and staff - took into account all the preliminary wishes - 1st floor, in the main building.
4 Room - the hotel warned on the website that there are no rooms for people with disabilities. But we did not have time to check in, after 5 minutes a temporary ramp was installed. The room is very spacious, there is direct access to the pool and restaurant. The room has everything except the mini bar. This is not annoying, because there are enough bars on the territory.

5. Nutrition - just a lot - fruits and seafood. Plenty of seating, several restaurants for lunch and dinner. Service at the highest level. This year we rested in Belek - everyone barely walks, they are not in a hurry. Here it's the other way around. The waiters remember that you like to drink and carry at first sight. In addition, our children were simply surrounded by the attention of all the staff. The children were made crowns from napkins, showed tricks at dinner. In the pool at the bar, the bartender Ahmed always joked, entertained the children.

6. The beach is a bit of a problem here.
It is extremely difficult to get to the pier with a wheelchair, there is no ready-made path, you need to walk some distance on the sand. This is another test! But the lifeguard from Mohammed Pier always came to our aid. He helped with the stroller, with the descent into the water and back. Didn't take a single dollar, even offended. After that, I don't believe that Egypt has bad service. There are very cool people here.

7. Lifeguards at the pool and beach - a professional job. During foam parties??? ? attention, sometimes even better than parents.
