We stayed at this hotel for the first time in Egypt. To be honest, I would never have thought that there could be such a green hotel in Egypt - just a botanical garden - a very beautiful area, and we were lucky that it was in May that everything bloomed there !! ! Everything was great - food, beach, fish. I would love to go back there again! Indeed, very cool! Why did not put 10 points - just one unpleasant situation, she could not spoil the overall impression, but nonetheless. . . We went on an excursion (it turns out to be more than a day), and we wanted to take fruit with us, but according to their rules, no food can be taken out of the restaurant. I understand everything, but there are exceptions, you see, because I paid for the accommodation and meals for the whole day, and I’m not at the hotel at all, and I just wanted to take a few apples and a tangerine on the road, it seems to me that in this case one could go to meeting the client, but there the administrator of the hall stood in such a position that it was just darkness. . . I don’t even want to remember, but I understand that the problem here is in personnel. . . more precisely, in one thing - we left our opinion on this matter at the reception and I hope that they took it into account and will not be so categorical in the future. . . Other than that, the hotel is really amazing!
