Good day to all! Rested from 20 to 27 January, the three of us with a three-year-old child. Our trip was originally planned for November, so after reading some of the recent negative reviews, I was ready for anything! But I must say right away that all of them are clearly exaggerated and are more connected either with bad weather or with the mood of vacationers. The hotel itself is great!
Check-in and room. We arrived at the hotel at 21-00. We were warmly greeted and asked our wishes for check-in. We asked for the main building on the 3rd floor. Then they put on bracelets and sent us to dinner. After dinner, they immediately settled where we asked. we were very pleased. Spacious, with a gorgeous view of the cold pool and the surrounding area! Everything worked without interruption. In the morning it turned out that the windows face the sunny side, and the sun is on the balcony all day, you can even sit and sunbathe, which is huge + for January (although I think a bungalow is more suitable for a hotter day). Bungalows are located throughout the territory, there are also sunny ones, there are in the shade in the depths (maybe they are damp in winter), there are near the sea and the restaurant, so you have to look at everything. When you leave the room, a beautiful view of the sea (and not very neighboring Radison) Cleaning was usually carried out before lunch and well. But I must say that the hotel was somewhere half empty, so it was very calm.
The hotel area is very beautiful. A lot of greenery, just a mini botanical garden. Large cacti, jasmine, many flowers and
plants. A river with bridges flowing through its territory. The whole territory is well-groomed, everything blooms and smells! Not like in Egypt, in Turkey this is not always seen!
Sea. We were very lucky with the weather! During the day in the region +32, in the evening +20. I didn’t think at all that we would swim in the sea, but we swam from the heart !! ! There was only one red flag in a week. I liked the lagoon very much. Good entry, sand, water is warm, clear, small fish swim everywhere. The reef is very beautiful and there are a lot of fish there, the depth is also decent, so the cable along the reef is very relevant and does not carry the current.
Swimming pools. Near the main building without heating (but someone swam in it from time to time), there is a jacuzzi, a children's section. There was such a kind of relaxation pool for a relaxing holiday, the bar is fully functional. The bottom is really in need of repair.
I really liked the water park for adults and children. The children's one is as warm as in a bath. The child was happy, and dad and mom went on a ride on the slides! .
Bars. There is always something to eat and drink too (alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks). Ice cream of 4 varieties is very tasty. Excellent natural coffee! Cocoa, tea in stock. Bottled water, take as much as you want! All bartenders are friendly. There is no rudeness and rudeness.

Very tasty milk, cold and hot, a large selection of fruits and vegetables for breakfast. For lovers of a very hearty breakfast, there are some stews, pasta, meat. For lunch and dinner every day there was something on the grill (kebab of meat and shrimp, quail, lulyak-bab, shawarma, crabs, chicken). Large selection of meat: beef, lamb, chicken, turkey, lamb, duck with orange sauce, several types of fish (fried, french fries, baked, grilled), seafood (crab pilaf, stuffed crabs, cocotte with shrimp, squid, octopus with vegetables ), delicious baked, stuffed, eggplant stew, peppers, tomatoes, legumes, cauliflower casseroles, broccoli, asparagus, spinach, potatoes, pancakes with meat and seafood. Ice cream in waffle cones and sweet pancakes every other day . There is also a good diet table and a children's table in a special compartment with children's tables and chairs, there I always took mashed potatoes or vegetable puree, small cutlets for the child.
We were satisfied with the service in the restaurant, the waiters always tried with everyone, thank you very much. The hot drinks machine is constantly working in the restaurant. Delicious coffee, and especially cocoa Nesquik with milk, tea. Fresh juices are also available (mango, guava, strawberry) , they are put in glasses on a table near the entrance to the restaurant before dinner and cocktails, but they are quickly sorted out. And so they are 3 dollars each. in the lobby bar, and strawberries for 1.5-2 dollars across the road! We did not go to the fish and Italian restaurants, because, you know, there was no need.
Animation. They didn’t get hung up on animation much, because. we have our own three-year animation! . On the beach, they were constantly inviting to play volleyball and there are always those who want to. And there is a small hut - this is a kids club. Near it is a playground. In the club you can draw, play with toys... The girls are Russian-speaking, but neither they, nor we showed much interest in them. I saw that the Italian girls entertained their children well, they were engaged in them all day. There is also a playground at the top, in the evening went there with a child. At 20:00, cartoons were shown in the conference hall, and at 20:30 there was also a mini disco. Then the show for adults began. Shows for half an hour, but always very interesting. There is live music in the lobby. At 23:30 there is a disco in the Uptown bar, we did not go to it.
The fact that flies and mosquitoes are poisoned in the evenings is true, but without this there is nowhere. Flies are a problem in all Arab countries and Egypt is no exception, and in this hotel you can say that there are practically none, although you really won’t be able to sleep by the pool!
