We were seated quickly. There were three of us, so they offered to change our standard to a suite for an extra charge. We refused, there were no more questions about this. Number: normal, standard Egyptian spacious. On the day of arrival, I had to contact the reception several times: there was no hot water (turned on), the balcony door did not close (repaired, but then it did not work again), they could not open the safe (instructed, opened), there were no Russian-language channels on the TV ( connected).
On the second day after meeting with the hotel guide, we finally got to the beach. I want to note right away that the beach is cool, but you don’t understand it right away. You need to go down to it along a long, steep staircase. The sunbeds are quite crowded, some vacationers were lying on a mattress in the sand. It's a little stressful at first. Then, when you get used to it, you begin to understand that the beach is just super: an excellent reef with a sandy entrance, children and those who cannot swim can swim. Incredible beauty all around. On the beach, Miga offers mask and wetsuit rentals and very inexpensive excursions. We went "5 in one" were sooooo satisfied.
There are two beaches near the hotel: downstairs from the Mince cafe with a beautiful reef and sandy. We never made it to the sandy one, it was a pity to waste the day.

The food at the hotel is excellent: varied dishes, a lot of vegetables, fish, meat, a lot of sweets, some of the dishes were cooked directly in front of you. Our company is indifferent to alcohol, they took beer, wine, cocktails - very well.
We made sure once again that the shops on site are the best option for shopping. We bought a mask for swimming, gifts for relatives, something for ourselves at very nice prices.
Pros of the hotel: excellent beach, good cuisine, decent territory, adequate staff.
Cons: to the beach by bus 5-7 minutes, on foot - 40 minutes. The technical condition of the bus needs repair. In season, it may be difficult to find a place on the beach.
We were lucky with the weather: sun, hot, warm water. There are several unique objects within walking distance: the Coptic Church, mosques, the Old Market, the IL Mercato shopping and entertainment center.
