Отель хороший, но персонал ВОРЫ!!!! The hotel is good, but the staff are THIVES!!!!

Some negative emotions!! ! Terrible hotel!! ! Although new and beautiful, it is very dirty and everything is broken in the rooms. The staff is angry, arrogant, lazy, they speak little Russian, and even THIVES!! ! Directly from a closed safe, $ 100 was stolen from a wallet, and not just stolen, but replaced with a fake candy wrapper !! ! We discovered the substitution on the last evening after dinner and immediately contacted the reception to contact our guide - Ahmed from Flash-TOUR. They gave us the phone and we explained the whole situation to Ahmed and asked him to come, as we wanted to call the tourist police. To which the guide answered us - that he would not come and that we had broken a shelf in the room and this was a payment for the breakdown. In the morning we went to the senior manager and he changed the fake for $ 50 and said that it was for us not to report to the police (although we didn’t have time, since we had a plane in a few hours... ).
The biggest drawback of this hotel is the beach. Firstly, they rent far away, and he’s no good (we called him “Berdyansky”). The bus to the beach runs according to an inconvenient schedule 3 times a day (and even leaves when it wants: either 5 minutes earlier, or 30 minutes... ). If you missed the bus, you had to take a taxi…
From the pros: The food at the hotel is very tasty and varied - the chef is a Great Master of his craft (but he works in the wrong hotel). That's just a big minus spoiled the food - all the dishes are terribly dirty...

For the hotel to flourish, the staff needs to be changed!! !
