Why not say right away, we sat for 45 minutes. In general, I did not like the work of the reception, they seem to understand and speak Russian, but only when they need it. Some of them are lethargic, without initiative, they seem to be not bad, but not good either. . No information, everything itself had to be asked from animators, vacationers (thank God, everyone answered without problems). The attendants seem to be normal, but they looked like they were fooling a dollar. Well, it's in the blood of the Arabs. The territory is quite large, green, well-groomed, several swimming pools (2 heated), water park (which is important for the child). True, everything is more beautiful in the pictures, in fact the hotel is no longer new, somewhat shabby. The food is not bad enough: fish, meat is not varied, but constantly. Salads, vegetables, lots of sweets. Fruits: melon tangerines, oranges, 2 times bananas, dates. From 11 to 12 in the children's club they gave ice cream to everyone. But on the last day we already dreamed of borscht and pork, we didn’t even go to dinner. At the water park and on the beach, pizza, fries, salads were prepared for lunch, many bars where they give tea and coffee, yupi (powdered drink, they beat themselves), alcohol (we drank wine once, so-so). The hotel is half empty, maximum 50% full. During our trip to Sharm there was an international summit, a lot of police and military with weapons. They lived in our hotel. At first it was kind of creepy, but then you got used to it. And on 17.03 the international summit ended and they all disappeared together. The rooms are old, shabby, but everything worked, air conditioning in the room. safe for free. 2 bottles of water upon arrival, then taken in the restaurant.
