We stayed at this hotel from June 21st to June 1st. Composition: 2 adults + children 2.3 and 8 years old. We planned a vacation in another “tested” hotel, but alas, there were no vacancies for the dates we needed. I had to search. Requirements - the presence of a water park (more for children, so that they would not be bored), good animation (again, for children), and of course, high-quality food, because my son is on a diet, and my daughter, at 2.3 years old, is also not omnivorous . In the reviews, no one has ever written about dirty pools, which seem to be cleaned, but plastic spoons and all sorts of garbage accumulated there at the bottom and no one cleaned it. About the joints on the slides in water parks, which you consider to be your back... some Arabs (dressed from head to toe) rode there, that's all, there was no special excitement on the slides. No one gave out circles, no rubber mats, so as not to scratch the back. It seems that the rating of the hotel is normal, but the hotel barely reaches 3.
We arrived closer to 21 o'clock and when we got to the canteen, there was a shock from the dirt,
the lack of free tables, but also the staff, who were in no hurry to clean anything in principle. Settled in a room designed for 4 people. The room is spacious, but there are 2 single beds and a non-folding sofa for sitting. To my question to the hotel employee - how can we sleep (one and a half with such a mattress that when you try to lie down together, you roll down to the floor) My daughter and I could still accommodate on it, but my husband and son....and come to rest what would not be able to sleep well....The hotel employee shrugged his shoulders and said that they have all the rooms like that. As a result, they brought us an extra bed for our son. So the room is not bad, a loggia with 2 chairs and a table. The room has a TV, tea set, refrigerator. The air conditioner blew, but it was so loud that sleep was beaten off completely. And without it, in any way, because you can open the door, but mosquitoes and flies....no one fumigates the hotel, so mosquitoes eat it in an instant. Came for breakfast in the morning and found

that there are only 4 high chairs for children in the whole hotel, and this is in a hotel that is declared as a family one. Therefore, in order not to wait for this chair (our daughter is not accustomed to eat in her arms, but on an ordinary chair, her head barely peeked out from under the table), we always came to the opening of the canteen. By the way, every time we took a chair, we carefully wiped it with wet wipes, because no one washed them and the chairs were doused with ketchup, soup, with leftover food, etc. If you come later, then get ready for the queue for food, sit at a dirty table, with dirty bedding. They will put a napkin with cutlery on it and on this the function of the waiter is considered completed. Plates through one dirty and greasy from the bottom....very unpleasant. Even in India, there was no such disgrace. As for food, you won’t leave hungry, but don’t count on variety either. In the morning they ate scrambled eggs.
They took cereal for the children from the canteen with them as a snack - live until lunch. For lunch and dinner there was always soup, and good. The children ate it with pleasure and it saved our situation. There was a cream soup and just pasta and chicken and noodles and always moderately salty and not spicy at all. It was 2-3 times mashed potatoes. And so, basically, they ate pasta... Another excellent grilled chicken. From fruits, a standard set: oranges (delicious), dates, melon (horror). 2 times there was a watermelon. From vegetables carrots, tomatoes, cucumber. Animation... I sometimes found it in the form of a girl reporting that “today it will take place in a Bedouin tent...." We went to a children's disco three times - complete disappointment, a fragment of the song - silence - a dark-skinned animator runs out and shouts something three times ( in different languages) runs away and again a fragment of the song. The son howled. I'm already silent about the dirt around, dirty tables, sticky chairs. Nobody cleans up the trash. You come next time to the "show"
and the garbage from yesterday lay as it is. My daughter loves the wave pool. She liked the possibility of a smooth entry into the water, and the water warmed up well there, but every day, coming to this pool, I was simply amazed at how you can swim in this mud. I’m not talking about sand, I’m talking about dirt, fragments of plastic dishes, all sorts of rags and something else that I didn’t want to look at at all, and at the same time I watched from the window of the room how it was cleaned daily... The children's water park is represented by 5 types of slides for babies. My son didn't care at all. There is no animation in this part. The music was also more in the background - here it is, but here it is not audible at all. And one more moment, which I simply did not expect, because I have never encountered a similar phenomenon. We have previously seen resting in different hotels as vacationing Arabs with families. I never had anything against them
but here there were 80 percent of them. They come in huge families and leave behind mountains of garbage. The entire water park was flooded with ketchup, ice cream, drinks. Kids running without diapers left behind mines. Not a single clean sunbed. . . The same thing in the canteen. . . Well, the staff is not set to clean. Something there for the sake of appearance will be wiped and that's it. In the morning you come to the pool and start scrubbing your place....By the way, the cleaning in the room was excellent. Seeing that we have children, the cleaner specified a convenient time for cleaning and always cleaned the room before 11 am. Moreover, we didn’t have enough pillows - he brought it to us (I didn’t have time to get to the reception, it was his own initiative) for which he regularly received a dollar. The sea is nearby. The beach is very suitable for children, but my son and husband swam with masks from the pier. We were lucky - the wind died down for several days and the current weakened greatly. We calmly dived from the pier to swim and see the fish. There were plenty of fish on the shore too.
