As a result, no waiting, but calls to the reception did not solve anything, no one came to repair the safe and did not bring the bed. We went for lunch and then to the sea, after the sea we went to the reception. We were offered to change the room, we agreed. (at the reception at the settlement and the porter and then another who brought the beds to everyone were given baksheesh !!! ) And this is an almost empty hotel.
Room and service. When cleaning the room the next day, we were wound up with swans - we left a chocolate bar. The next day, for some reason, they forgot to put shampoos / gels in, the remote control stopped switching channels, but (oh, a miracle! ) We were connected to the phone! Which was left off when the porter delivered the beds to the new room. They did not call the reception, they got out. By the way, the water in the room was put every day for two bottles of 1.5 liters. The next day, we saw that our room was already being cleaned by another person, he wound up with a crocodile. They basically stopped leaving baksheesh. The next evening, not a single socket, lamps and TV in the room worked. They didn’t call anywhere, and again a miracle, after a couple of hours everything worked by itself, the TV and lamps turned on. With such a desire to break something, so that they were called, we encounter for the first time! The conclusion suggests itself - do not give them anything at all!

Nutrition. Very modest. From meat one (!!! ) dish, which is given out in portions and often with a bunch of vegetables. Often, the child simply didn’t eat their peppered cutlets, and only French fries remained for him for lunch and dinner. . By the way, for the first time in Sharm, they saw an announcement at the exit of the restaurant that they had a lot of waste, so the administration will fine the guests for the cost of half of the products that remain on the plate not eaten. (all inc - after all! ) Declared ice cream - they don't give it anywhere!
Aquapark. We read in the reviews that this hotel has two heated pools - and so in March no pool was heated !! ! The administration is already saving on everything. The slides are turned on in turn, if you want to ride on some - ask the staff - they will turn on this slide for you.
Kids Club - there is no one in it, and there is no entertainment for children. They gather first at 20-40 for a mini disco, but the animators themselves come half an hour late... The animation is very weak, the animators themselves play table tennis with each other or with hotel photographers or just chat with each other, the five have more interesting animation. We went there for exercises and for volleyball and football. Basically, the top five have animation on the beach. And after 19-00 Radiison 5 * is no longer allowed.
wifi. There is free wi-fi in the lobby, for some reason a sign with a login and password did not appear in the lobby immediately, but only after one of the guests began to insist that it should be there all the time.
Jacuzzi. The description of the hotel states that the jacuzzi is included in the tour price, but the hotel guide says that the jacuzzi is included only once, where it is - the guide said to ask at the reception, the reception - said - "There", that's it... It's a secret... Couldn't find the directions. . .

Shopping. There are a lot of shops around, but some of them are evil, there are probably few tourists... If you leave the hotel 500 meters to the left (behind the Rixos ring) there is a George Clooney shop, that's where we liked the attitude and there is no obtrusiveness and discounts.
