Pros:
1. nice, spacious rooms with kettle, water and coffee; always clean linen and towels;
2. very beautiful and well-groomed territory;
3. very cool water park, excellent heated pool;
4. nice and well maintained beach with excellent infrastructure;
5. a good restaurant menu, there is something for the child to eat;
6. just a great group of animators who never let anyone get bored;
7. the beach can be reached on foot or by bus in 5 minutes through the picturesque area, we liked it - additional walks in the neighboring 5-star hotel;
8. good, friendly (especially to children) hotel staff;
Minuses:
1. check-in from 14.00, they don’t give a room earlier - only for an additional fee. a $30 fee, even if you are with a child; but after a small scandal - they gave an improved Family room for free;

2. there are no paper napkins in the bars, and the restaurant is busy with them;
3. the rooms and the territory are not cleaned very well - the cleaner had to point out the shortcomings all the time and pay extra;
4. there are no washstands in the restaurant and on the beach in the bar with food - there is nowhere to wash your hands before eating, you can only use the nearby not very clean toilet; I could not buy wet wipes from them in stores;
5. public toilets in good repair, but not very clean;
In general, for the price of the tour offered for this hotel, their quality is quite acceptable. After all, the main thing is to relax by the sea!
You will be able to relax there perfectly, and the animators will not let you get bored!
