I chose the hotel based on reviews, considered in many sources. Chose for value for money. I am 90% satisfied with this hotel, I can recommend it to families with children from 2 to 12 years old, because everything is very optimal there. There were things that could have been improved. There was one most annoying thing, and they will certainly get a lot of negative feedback this season, is that they use plastic disposable cups in the canteen. This is, of course, shocking. Moreover, they call the dining room a restaurant. And the service itself, the service at the hotel is perfect, wonderful staff. When we arrived, we were quickly settled into the room, we did not have to wait, everything was fine. The hotel is a little "tired", but not critical. They are repairing something, but these are all trifles, nothing terrible, there was no fungus or something very rusty there. As I said, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to families with children. The territory is very large, beautiful, perfectly well-groomed. There was also such a moment, they write that there are 2 heated pools on the territory, in fact, there was only one, because the second one is a very shallow paddling pool, 30 cm deep. . . I had a child in a wheelchair, the only way to get to the normal deep pool was through a bridge on the stairs, as it is located on the island. The sea there is not very good, terrible, there is only a pontoon, ebbs and flows, the depth is 2-3 cm, then there is coral and a cliff, you can’t go there on foot. We went to spend time mainly around the pool, in the water park, but in our situation it was quite problematic. Therefore, people who have small children or children in a stroller, like me, need to take this into account. Also, this is a windy place, but after lunch, somewhere from 13:00 to 17:00, you can already swim. Markets are nearby, I liked it, you don’t have to go to the city. Near the embankment about 5 km long, there is where to walk. The guide made a good impression on us, told us how to communicate with the locals. Good guide. I can rate this hotel 9 out of 10.
