A tour to the hotel was purchased in advance back in February 2019 from 06/19/2019 to 06/30/2019, but we could only stay for two days, since it was no longer possible to live there. We chose the hotel ourselves, according to reviews, plus last year our friends stayed at the hotel and everything was great, but this year, alas.... (they say that the owner changed in the spring). Do not believe the positive reviews, who rested this year, it's all wrong. It all started with check-in, the room was standard, when we got there the room was normal in size, but it felt like after check-out only the bed and towels were changed, the room was not cleaned, there was sand and dirt on the floor, it was generally scary to stand on the carpet, it felt like The cat was sleeping there. The room had an extra bed for an older child, but only a pillow from the bed. They asked the reception to make a bed, but they brought only a blanket and it took a long time to explain that a sheet was also needed, after the indignation, the staff pretended that they did not understand anything in Russian. They asked to clean the room, reminded both 20 and 21 in the morning, but no one cleaned it. Nutrition is a separate conversation, there is no choice at all, the dishes are all broken, the youngest child even cut his lip. There are no snacks between breakfast and lunch, lunch and dinner at all, children, and we were really hungry. Alcohol is just awful, beer bottles are opened in front of you, but it is clear that the leftovers were poured. Children's animation is missing, some woman is leading and only in Arabic. The only plus is a large and beautiful area. As a result, after staying for two days, after some indignation with the tour operator, we moved to another hotel, or rather, we didn’t even move, but moved, since it was located nearby, but two days of rest turned out to be ruined
