Ужасный отель Terrible hotel

Rested 2 families 10 people 25 nights, booked 3 standard rooms. They settled 2 normal rooms nearby, the third got with cockroaches... at 2 am they changed, through a scandal... that regarding room service, after the replacement, the horror was complete, the cleaners changed, they took money, and they went to the reception for paper and towels, regarding bartenders quarreled with everyone, were seen diluting alcohol with tap water, even beer !!! ! After talking with the elder, they began to choose drinks for us more carefully, an interesting event was when the animators asked to give them a phone number to write reviews !!!! ! Separately, about animation and evening programs: there were few invited performers (tricks, a skirt, cobras... we caught 5 times), the rest of the time there were none at all. When asked what will be on the program in the evening, the answer is nothing !!!!!!!!!!
In the afternoon, on the pool, the children played leftovers from darts and plywood tennis rockets, with their own ball (the animators did not have them), on the beach, volleyball with a torn egg-shaped ball. For the New Year ($120 per adult, $60 per child) you can cry for hours, at 1.30 they turned off the music, turned on the lights and began to clear the tables. In fact, we found an international forum from December 14 to 17, when all conditions were made for the participants both in terms of food and service, they parted and showed the hotel their face. The bottom line is this: for any price we will not return to this hotel and I can not recommend it !!! !
