Complete unsanitary conditions, the rooms have the impression that they were not cleaned after the previous guests. In bed ticks and hair, the back of the bed in spots, all surfaces in spots and dust. The floor is sticky. After seeing it, we were asked to change the number, but all the numbers that were shown to us were the same. Asked to clean the room, but the cleaner just can not clean, he wiped the toilet with the same cloth (which was all stained with urine), and then the surface on which stood the kettle and disposable utensils. The water used to wash the floor was simply poured into the sink and dirt particles got stuck in the shower because it was clogged.

The food is wonderful. This is still very far from being included. From fruits, lemons and dates, 3 types of desserts, 1 type of salad, and from vegetables, cucumbers, peppers and lettuce, from the main features and boils of pasta, not even pasta as they write. This is not a restaurant, this is worse than a dining room, all the dirty plates are sticky and in pieces of food.

No distance, no masks, no gloves, not even chefs. During the evening, the chef shifting the salad with his bare hands on the surface from which the guests take the salad.

After we decided to move to another hotel (more precisely, we barely asked the tour operator to change the hotel), the hotel manager asked to stay and promised clean rooms and a separate table with food for our family, so they understand that everything is bad, but they indifferently!
