At the reception, they immediately put on bracelets, sent us to dinner, and after half an hour they settled in without additional payments.
Hotel.
In principle, a strong Egyptian four. Over a dozen trips have seen better and much worse. This one is for not very demanding tourists and not for a lot of money. For large it is better to take a five.

Territory.
Large and well-groomed. Everything is green and exotic, huge tree-like and spherical cacti, many flowers. Purely. A very pleasant area. There are a lot of three-story buildings, some of them are not inhabited, the main ones are fully populated.
Wifi is available almost everywhere. At the reception, by the pools, on the beach. Finishes in many numbers. Wi-Fi is slow, it can fall off, every time you connect it requires confirmation of entering the network. It's stressful.
For those who wish - outside the gate to the left, there are a number of shops, looking for Vodafon. In it without a passport and only for cash, there are Internet SIM cards from $ 5 (0.5 gig), $ 7 - 1.5 gig, etc. For messengers with a prohibited exchange for all other applications, it will last for a long time. The restaurant worked only the main one. There are enough places, cleaning is very fast, you don’t have to wait for seats, they immediately clean the table and invite you.
The assortment is not rich, repetitive, but tasty. Vegetables - tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage, zucchini, stewed vegetables - all the time, fish fillet very tasty - all the time, chicken, portioned beef, beef stroganoff, etc. Rice and pasta, potatoes, standard in the morning - omelettes, sausages, buttermilk, pancakes. Barrel coffee. Muesli, milk.
From fruits, oranges, limes, exotic fruits such as pears, dates. Muffins and mousses, of course, as without them.

Alcohol and drinks are everywhere. Whiskey, rum, vodka, local gin - tolerable quality, bottled beer - good. Sprite, cola - from bottles and in coolers. Poured without restrictions in plastic. Until late. Good bars above the restaurant and by the heated pool (it's really warm in winter).
On the beach with a bar full of trouble.
Everything is diluted, even beer. They immediately offer to buy normal drinks for money. Three bottles of beer for ten dollars. Whiskey is just water.
So it's better to take it with you to the beach, especially since our company was slightly poisoned by something in the beach bar. For lunch, as a snack, they give fries, a burger with a strange synthetic, like, fish cake. Better not to take.
Rooms.
Quite decent in size. The furniture is a little tired, but not a ruin. There is an electric kettle in the room (coffee, tea, sugar and cream are replenished daily), a safe, a hair dryer, a TV with an input for a flash drive, take cartoons for children with you. Three Russian-language channels - TNT and two news channels. All rooms have a decent balcony.
Water is replenished during cleaning, 0.5 bottle per person. You need more - you can get to the cooler of the restaurant and bar.
Beach.
Within walking distance. Exit the hotel, cross the road, enter the territory of Parrotel Beach.
A shuttle goes there every ten minutes, or go down on foot to the sea - also minutes seven to ten.
You can choose your own beach. You can the one to the right - from Parrotel Beach. It's cleaner on it. Just don't use their bar. There strictly on bracelets.
The sea is shallow, the entrance is sandy. You can get to the depths, or go from the pontoon. Not very long.
Staff.
Very friendly. And at the reception and the rest. Receptionist Russian speaking. They respond very quickly to requests. They solve everything promptly, up to changing the number and without indignation and surcharges. Of the bartenders, Hassan is the nicest, usually at the pool bar. Always smiling and courteous.
Animators.
So-so. Unobtrusive and not very entertaining. No special fun at the pools, or on the beach, or in the evening. Standard children's disco, turning into an adult in the evenings.
Room cleaning.
Cleaning is average, but it improves a lot if you leave a dollar, ten pounds or a bag of seeds.

Our cleaner and beautiful swans left, and water with shampoos more than normal. Friends.

Now for the really bad stuff.
Upon arrival, the room was not cleaned at all. It turned out that this is the general practice of the hotel. Dirt, seeds, hair on the floor, unwashed and dirty bathroom. We were shocked. Check out strictly at 12 am, we got to the room at eight in the evening. There was not enough time, no one cleaned. And, attention!! ! bed and towels from old guests, the bed just made, as if fresh.
At the request, they sent a grandfather-cleaner, who usually cleans the floor in the restaurant. He wiped the bathroom with a towel, washed the toilet with a brush ...Without any disinfection. It was PPC. On the second run, when an old bed was found, the same grandfather brought a fresh one and changed it for a long time. The impression was like from a cheap rooming house. The reception offered to change the room only in the morning, all the rooms were in the same condition. This greatly reduced the rating of the hotel in our eyes.
The same thing happened to many who settled, according to their stories.
Yes, the Kazakhs also told how, when visiting a store, they were accused of stealing glasses and demanded 10 dollars for glasses, threatened to call the police. I don’t know why, but they gave away those 10 dollars. The police did not want to, but, they say, they did not steal the glasses either. Perhaps just a new scam of merchants, they have very few visitors.
