We were brought to the hotel at 8:30. Immediately settled almost free of charge, for 20 pounds ($ 3). You need to bargain, immediately asked for almost $50, but agreed that "Well, give me at least something. " Room on the first floor near the reception and the main "restaurant". Everything in the room is working, although the TV is of no use, because of the 18 channels there is none !! ! one!! ! Russian-speaking. The water is cold, hot, good pressure, without interruption. The air conditioner in the room bothered me a little, it is ducted there (that is, it does not have an indoor unit, but only two grilles in the wall) it is noisy, even at the smallest fan speeds. There is a safe, a weak hair dryer, and WHAT THE MOST NEEDED - a phone near the toilet)))) Cleaned the room well every day. The cleaner left a dollar every other time. He twisted the swans, and three times brought two half-liter bottles of drinking water to our room, free of charge. There is no bathrobe, mini bar or bottled water in the room. Bottled water in the hotel is not AT ALL free (for the money 12 half liter bottles $ 10)!! ! Only coolers that are in bars and canteens. We bought two bottles of 0.6 liter water for $ 1 nearby in a store, and then a couple of times we took water from the cooler into these bottles.

We flew from the Anex tour, on the first day for an info meeting, we waited for the guide for more than an hour, he never showed up... Then we met one of the representatives of the anex tour who brought people to the hotel, and he told us that the guide “lives” all the time in the neighboring hotel (Radisson blu) and if we have questions, then we need to go there... Although the guide who met us at the airport and took us to the hotels told us to wait at our hotel at the reception. Food.
Average. You don't roam especially. (this is when compared with sea life) But even hungry, at least we never left there. But every day is the same! At the end of the holiday, I really got tired of this monotonous food. If you are picky about food, you will be disappointed.
In the bars, by the pool of the aqua park and on the beach, you can have a bite of french fries and pizza. Drinks, in particular beer and sprites, what we took, are poured into 200 gram plastic cups. By the way, beer and drinks cola, fanta, sprite in bars are poured from bottles. Not badya. In the canteen they pour from the machine. It tastes the same. By the way, a beer costs $2 at the store. Foreign 0.33 or local 0.5 - one price.

The territory at first glance may seem large, but in fact it is not very much, everything is just somehow intricately set up. Lots of three storey houses with rooms. We got lost on the first day)) Beautiful. Green flower country. Several pools for both children and adults. Slides are open from 10 am to 5 pm. There are 6 adult slides working at the same time, but be extremely careful with the white slides, they are extreme. I hurt my heels on a white hill. The hill is high and the pool is shallow. The wave pool is great. My wife doesn’t particularly like to swim, and she swims a little better than an ax, but when the wave was turned on (the wave is turned on for 10-15 minutes, this is quite enough to get a little tired, then they turn off for 40-45 minutes, at lunch from 12.30 to 13.30 break) she was undermined and pulled me into this pool. Of course, you can’t do without “Soviet Vaskovs” who get up early and cover sun loungers with towels, and come there closer to 11 or 12. Despite this, you can always find free sun loungers near the pools and on the beach. You need to go to the sea at lunchtime or in the afternoon, in the morning it is stormy and a red flag hangs. A small open bus goes to the beach every 10 minutes. Only from 11.30 to 12.30 - he has a "piriv")) The last bus from the beach leaves at 17.30. The sea is beautiful. Fish. Corals. The water is salty. In the morning it is better not to shave - it will pinch your face from salt (well, or not your face : -).
Animation is dumb. There were no Russian animators. All animators joke on "sharp" American humor. In the morning there was a little movement by the pool. In the evening, like in the amphitheater (although it looks more like a big lackey), animators work with children, again, everything is in English. A Russian child doesn't understand a damn thing! The dance of little ducklings is played in English. In short, not much. Then, after the children, entertainment for adults. Honestly, we never waited for its height, stupid for Russian speakers!
Souvenirs!! ! If you buy souvenirs, take them in the shops to the left of the hotel. There is a papyrus shop there, the owner's name is AMUR. There is still a sign hanging on the door - "Cupid is not a miser, he distributes gifts to everyone. " If you go there, you will definitely not leave empty-handed. Dealer specific. Almost gives you a loan! Bargain, the papyrus, which cost $25, was taken away for $13. We decided to save on souvenirs and went to their local type "Metro", they call it "Really saving" it works 24 hours (about 1 km to the left of the hotel on the road ). Yes, the food there is really cheap, if you decide to bring home sweets or something else from food, I advise you. But souvenirs are expensive there. More precisely, it is not clear somehow. On food, price tags with numbers are in pounds, and on souvenirs (they are on the second floor of the store) - in Arabic, a fucking understandable language, without numbers. Constantly had to call the type of sales consultant and ask how much it costs. But in the end, when I arrived at the hotel and looked at the check, I saw completely different amounts, obviously not in my favor!
The hotel staff seemed very friendly to me, with the exception of one bartender, who jokes out of place and laughs at his own jokes like a smoker. The most interesting thing about the staff, how do they determine in which language to say hello or ask how are you? Without mistakenly determine where is Russian and where is American.
