We returned a few days ago. I would like to write more. Let's start in order. We arrived at the hotel at 10 pm. Gave at the reception first $ 10 and we were taken to the room. It was probably the worst experience ever. The room was bad to say the least. We added another $10 and we were settled in a great room overlooking the park and pools near the hookah. Rested with two families of 4 adults and 2 children 5 and 9 years old. After checking in, they immediately offered dinner, although it was already more than 23 and dinner had long ended. The staff is very friendly, many speak Russian. They joke and play with children. There was no bad attitude towards the Russians. It is necessary to behave with dignity and then you will be treated with dignity.
About food. It is different in the hotel. Although some people complain about the monotony. I will give just one example. In the 7 days we were there for dinner, the main course was never repeated. For breakfast: breakfast cereals, 2 types of milk porridge, scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs, potatoes with sausages, lots of sweets, cottage cheese, fruit platter. Lunch: 2 types of the first (soups were not repeated in 7 days), 3 types of side dishes, vegetables in a huge assortment and form (from raw to stewed), 3 types of meat: either chicken, or meatballs, or meat, be sure to fish, sweets and fruits. Dinner: meat was: lamb ribs, turkey, grilled meat, tuna, fried squid, etc.
Now about the rooms: Cleaning was done every day, and towels were also changed every day, cleaned cleanly. For $ 1 you have different animals on the bed after cleaning. Bed linen was changed 1 time in 7 days, but that was enough. The furniture in the room has a few scuffs, but this did not spoil our stay. Beds are comfortable, duvets are soft.

The territory of the hotel. Huge, very green, with many sculptures, clean, well-groomed. At night it is lit up with colorful lights. Lights are everywhere: along the paths in the form of floor lamps, on palm trees, in pools. An artificial river with drops, waterfalls and fountains has been made along the entire territory. Children and adults were delighted with the water park. A bunch of slides for every taste.
Animation. This is perhaps the only drawback of the hotel. We only went to the minidisco, because the son was pulling. Tried to stay a couple of times for the evening show, all in English with flat jokes.
Sea. Private beach with beautiful coral reef. There is a bar on the beach where you can eat and drink. The beach is small but cozy. Clean, constantly cleaned and in the evening they even level the sand. A convenient bus runs to the beach, although it takes no more than 10 minutes to walk.
About alcohol. Stock up on drinks in duty free, because everything in the hotel is terribly diluted and tastes the same. It's not about beer, it's great. Drinks: There are no water bottles in the room. We bought a bottle of water at the market, and then poured juices and water into it at the bar. Juices such as yupi, cola, sprite, fanta in large quantities. Coffee, tea for breakfast in the main restaurant, the rest of the time in the bars near the pools there are 4 of them, in the bar on the sea and in the lobby bar.
Tours. The hotel guide offered excursions almost twice as expensive as in the Cheburashka agency, which is located behind the shopping mall to the right of the hotel, their sign is very difficult to miss. We took an excursion on a yacht that included: transfer, food, 3 stops for diving and snorkeling along a beautiful reef for $ 45 per adult and $ 20 for 2 children. Separately, if desired, you can order a disc with photos of diving. The tour was well organized and we enjoyed it.
P. S. Good hotel, great stay. If you eat with a positive, and not look for flaws, this is the place for you.
