Arrived from Egypt on April 30.2008, rested for a week, the hotel was chosen based on reviews on the Internet, which we later bitterly regretted. I would like to give everyone a simple but practical advice - choose those hotels in which your friends and acquaintances were and in which they were satisfied with the service. As for the Park Inn hotel. A big plus is a large and beautiful area, quite green and well-groomed. I really liked the water slides, if you have children, of course, this is very helpful. Immediately you need to tune in that the level of hotels in Egypt is at least minus 1 to European hotels. The furniture in the rooms is old and shabby, we settled from the third time - in the first room the hole in the bathtub was painted over with white enamel, and fresh, in the second - the air conditioner worked in fan format, i. e. e. drove warm air, and in our room with the air conditioner running it was hotter than outside at 4 in the morning. The entire staff showed dissatisfaction with our claims. We were given a normal number only in the morning of the next day after my husband went to deal with the general manager, it’s good that the level of knowledge of the English language allowed this. So learn English! What is characteristic is that they speak English with us, and among themselves in our presence in Arabic. Very unpleasant, because it is not clear what they are talking about. There is a lot of food, but they really do not know how to cook. Desserts were very tasty, there were very few fruits, only dates and oranges. No watermelons, melons, peaches like in some other hotels. The fish is generally inedible. Sometimes it was clear from the weathered vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers) that were served for breakfast that these were the remnants of dinner. We had no complaints about the attendants, the boy cleaned well, and if you leave 1y. e. for tea, so even my daughter's T-shirts in the form of butterflies laid out on the bed. In general, you can write a lot, but personally I would not want to get into this hotel for the second time. According to the reviews of the guys with whom they flew back, Inter Plaza and Fanara Club were very good.
