I would like to write briefly and to the point, but not a fact : )))
Staff: everyone smiles, greets, both in Ukrainian and in Russian. We didn't experience any negative things during the entire stay. On the contrary, the bartenders asked us how it would be "thank you", please", etc. , and then they tried to communicate with us in Ukrainian. It was very nice!
Number: settled quickly. The room was huge, for two. Entrance hall, bathroom, dressing room, large bedroom with a huge bed. Living room with oriental sofas and another bedroom with a separate bed, in case a couple with a child or three vacationers. A bit far from the main restaurant and the beach, but that didn't bother us. Went and admired the territory.

Cleaning: the first day was dusty, but we made a remark to the cleaning boy, and he quickly corrected himself. He wound us from towels of different beauty. True, he wiped the dust selectively, to his taste : ))) They say that this is a problem for many hotels, the Egyptians have a concept of cleanliness different from ours. I washed the bath, changed the sheets and towels.
Territory: simply paradise. As a lover of animals and flowers, I was pleased with the egrets quietly walking around the territory and the cats on the beach. Well, the fish in the sea - of course!
Meals: only one restaurant "Citadel" worked. I was pleased with the variety of meat (duck, chicken, beef, different fish). Disappointed by the small selection of fruits, usually sliced, strained with napkins and the complete absence of toothpicks. Tables are cleaned slowly and not always wiped. Would have liked a bit more variety on the menu.
Animation Entertainment: for a hotel of this size, there should be at least six to eight animators. Kostya, Atuka and Gulya were great - they entertained the people as best they could. There was exercise on the beach, sports games. In the evening - mini-disco for children. And then some competition for adults. "Guess the melody", "Miss hotel", etc. But discotheques for adults were definitely not enough.
Sea: no words!!!!! ! Gorgeous, velvety. You need to go into the water in corals, as there are stones (not many! ), Between which a bunch of colorful fish swim. For those who can't swim, this is the best beach! There are no stones at all along the pontoon and I swam without corals. Those who know how to swim went to the depths, those who do not know how to swim near the shore can perfectly swim and admire the fish.
Guides: I don’t want to write about them at all, very unpleasant types. I would like to recommend not to go on their insanely expensive excursions and intimidation, such as in insurance cases, only they can help you and the money will be returned if anything. This is not always true. Two times, or even three times cheaper, you can take excursions to Chika - a guy on the beach. They have catamarans there, and boats, and parachuting. By the way, I recommend - a sea of ​ ​ ​ ​ emotions !!!

And finally, I was pleased with the attitude of the staff towards the guests flying away in the evening. Until 12.00 we passed the room, handed over things to the storage room and went back to the beach. We had lunch without any problems, and then we were given a room where we could wash in the shower after the beach and change clothes for the road.
In general, we liked the hotel! A little more attention should be paid to the nutrition of guests and the work of the restaurant as a whole!
