Старый, грязный и неухоженный отель. Old, dirty and unkempt hotel.

We often travel to Egypt. In 15 years of our travels, this is probably the worst hotel. How he keeps the status of 5 stars is simply incomprehensible.
I'll start in order:
We arrived at the hotel for dinner, so there were no problems with the settlement. But the room that we were offered was just awful. Dirt, mold, the smell of dampness and old age. An ancient tube TV, Jurassic air conditioner (I haven’t even seen such, although I’m not few years old) with a remote control on the wire. If I can upload a photo, I'll attach it. In addition to this, there was a door to the next room that did not close... in short, you can hear and see the neighbors.
Some of the people who came with us were embarrassed and moved to other hotels with a surcharge. Such relocations of newly arrived tourists were observed almost daily.
The dining room was even more shocking (it is impossible to call it a restaurant). Something more or less edible was given 1 piece each. Even boiled eggs for breakfast.

There are no coffee machines. There is a jar of Nescafe (and then only for breakfast), you pour it yourself with a spoon and pour boiling water over it. At other times of the day, some kind of dark, cooled brew called coffee is poured in the bar.
There is no animation at all. There was only one girl who took care of the children. . . that's all. Boredom, in short!
The territory is neglected, the plants are not watered, the palm trees dry and die. How should the owner not appreciate his invested money (the staff said that the new owner bought the hotel a year ago and does not invest anything). Greed and stinginess are felt at every step.
The beach is also in a deplorable state. The atmosphere of relaxation was felt on the neighbors, but here sadness !!!
Cleaning was limited to taking out the trash. Even had to ask for toilet paper at the reception. For a week the bed was not changed even once! And the towels were just folded.
I won't recommend this hotel to anyone!
