My husband and I arrived at this hotel and immediately wanted to go home from what we saw, in the photo the tour operator showed completely different photos. Hol still looks all right, the pools are dirty, the rooms are just terrible, the food is a complete nightmare, the guides are aggressive, homies. I liked only two very good bartenders and guides who took them on excursions, the beach is not very beautiful and small, it’s not realistic to swim there. The rooms are not cleaned, everything is dirty, the furniture is old and broken, it was scary to wash in the bathroom, everything is cracked and moldy. I will not recommend this hotel and tour operator Anex Tour to anyone.
