Hello. We stayed at this hotel from August 27th to September 3rd. Do not read reviews of previous tourists, they just left early. When we arrived, on August 28 we opened a bar on the water by the pool, a bar on the beach (and it was a real bar, not a cooler bag), opened the 2nd pool and 2 water slides. At the bar, all local drinks are free, the choice of drinks is large, just not all are tasty, but as they say, the taste and color ... But let's go in order.
When we arrived in Sharm, we passed all the control, paid $ 15 for a visa and we were met by a Teztour representative (we flew through this operator). There were several of them, they asked our names, they told us the bus number and they took us to the hotel. Settled on the 2nd floor (there were no problems with the demagnetization of the cards). Free fridge and safe in the room. If you don’t like the room, then you don’t have to pay anything, go to the manager Elena, she will help. We were immediately taken to dinner.
We were fed until overeating, there was meat every day (chicken, veal, sausages), vegetables as well (tomatoes, peppers, onions, radishes, cucumbers, both chopped separately and in a salad). For breakfast, in addition to the usual buffet, they made an amazing omelette with vegetables. For lunch, in addition to everything, there were very tasty soups, so there was always liquid. And the soups, by the way, are not our Galina Blanca, as tourists wrote earlier, we had real rich soups, mashed soups. It is impossible to write about their sweets in one sentence. The pastry is so delicious, there were 10 cakes for lunch, plus different puff buns with nuts, stuffing, etc. The cakes were different. Very tasty with biscuit and cream, they melted in your mouth, there was our curd with raisins (this is a fairy tale). There are no complaints about food, even a glutton will not be hungry.

In the mornings, the cooks checked the temperature of the food with a thermometer, because we wrote in the hotel review that when we arrive for a late breakfast, the food is no longer hot, but warm. The hotel opened Chinese and Italian restaurants.
Service at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised. They listened to our feedback and really tried their best. Many thanks to our guide Badri from Teztour, who was responsible for us and helped to resolve issues. Eviction at the hotel at 12 noon, Badri arranged for us to be given lunch so that the drinks were free. Therefore, everything must be coordinated with the guide, he was every day at a certain time and lived in our hotel. We even took excursions through it, after the incident when the bus that was going to Cairo overturned. You don’t need to drive from operators from the street, but you will save $ 20 each, but you will lose more because they don’t give insurance on the street. We went to Cairo and on a Moto Safari.
On an excursion to Cairo, we were accompanied by a guide from the operator and there was also a guide who walked with us and told everything. We liked it, although the trip is exhausting because it takes a whole day and my legs swelled. But they gave us a ration to take with us and told us what to take with us. And a moto safari for those who love speed and extreme, we left at night and met the dawn in the desert, drove up to the Echo Cave and drank tea with the Bedouins. We returned at 7 am. Why I put 4 for the hotel, because for those who care about the pontoon, then there is none. The authorities said that they would build it by January. And even if there is a pontoon, it will be very long to reach the depths, because the sea is shallow. That's why it's easier to go to a wild beach (it's not wild because it's for nudists, it's just a wasteland there). I don’t understand why people complain that it’s far to go, there it’s a maximum of 15 minutes to go to the left. You are walking not along the sand, but along a beautiful alley, where palm trees and flowers grow, you don’t need to go anywhere.
We swam every other day there, and so in the pool. The sea there is super and the depth and corals and fish. It was enough for me to go into the sea waist-deep and lower my head down as such fish swim around you that words cannot describe. It's just beauty. Special thanks to the animators. The guys did their best. Firstly, they speak different languages ​ ​ ​ ​ (themselves from Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Italy), secondly, they offered entertainment during the day (Morning exercises, aqua aerobics, yoga, volleyball, football, darts, etc. and all this free of charge), thirdly, in the evenings, their program began at 21 (dancing, a group of dancers came from Egypt to perform, karaoke, or the animators themselves perform or turn on music and arrange a disco) I didn’t have to be bored. Once a week they take you to Naama Bay to a disco (free of charge). A free bus runs to Naama Bay in the morning and in the evening (you need to sign up at the reception).

We also went to the Old Market for souvenirs, they said that it was cheaper (we drove for $ 8 for four 40 km). Everywhere and in everything you have to bargain. If you go with children, then when we left the Arabs completed the children's pool, animators are engaged in children (and dance and play, etc. ). There is a children's slide on the grass and a train. With us rested people with children of the approximate age of 6 years. When we were leaving, we were picked up by a bus with a guide, representatives of the company met us and took us to the control. Their service is at the highest level, they cleaned the territory every day, polished the marble floor in the hall every evening. I think we just arrived on time when everything was working, that's why we liked it. Feel free to go on vacation.
