The territory itself is somehow dirty, there are stains everywhere on the floor, of unknown origin. Near the entrance to the building lay garbage. When we went into the corridor, we saw dirty dishes on the window and empty milk bags, they stood there for 5 days and every day the dishes were added. The cleaners of the room brazenly demanded a tip for making a swan on the bed with towels, we didn’t give it, there was no small money, then he said that he would go and exchange it, we refused. The next day they did not come to us to clean up, and they did not bring water. They ran around looking for water. There are a lot of Arabs in the water park. the sea is shallow and nowhere to swim. The music played terribly loud on the beach, they even made a remark that they didn’t turn it off anyway, one and the same record every day. treated like 2nd grade people. Once left towels on the beach - returned one no. and the same people with camels walked on the beach every day, no one else. At the reception they said that the towels were stolen by vacationers. Why do vacationers need old towels? It was the hotel workers themselves who stole it in order for us to pay a fine of 15 dollars. The attitude towards Russian speakers is bad. You can’t lie quietly on the beach, they go with camels and impose them for 10 dollars. to ride the kids. The food is terrible, although we are not picky about food, but we have not seen such terrible food (half-baked pastries, all cakes from the same dough for one taste only with different fillings, few fish. And not every day, no seafood, meat - fried chicken wings. For fruit there is always a big queue. And everyone went for ice cream once (very small portion - 2 teaspoons, it tastes like ice. ) The slides near the pool were turned on very rarely, and then when the Arabs came. The rooms are old, the TV is small. The hotel is not worth attention, even for the water park!
