We would like to share our impressions about a 5* hotel.
Let's start with the fact that the hotel in all respects does not correspond to five stars.
Now for more details : )
-Sea
The coastline is very close, but to go up to the neck you have to walk through the water for about 800 meters. There is no pier from the hotel. There is a paid pier 10 minutes along the coast ($5 one-time entry).
-Beach
Btary sunbeds, which are never enough.
- Pool
The pool is in very bad condition, you can cut yourself. The slide is also poorly assembled, it removes tan very well. The seats in the bar pool are in disrepair, during our stay one of them came off for some reason and lay on the bottom for two days.

The rooms are relatively good, but some do not have hair dryers.

There is a lot of food, but it is terribly not tasty and is made from not fresh products (there was a black cabbage). Morning sausage was cut into lunch salads, and a pie was baked from sausages. There were always not enough seats, as well as all dining utensils. Tables had to be cleared by ourselves. It happened that they were simply not allowed into the dining room (we were 5 times), because the hall was overcrowded. The cooks were wearing dirty clothes with yellow emojis. The only good thing was the sweets.

There were always not enough glasses in the bar, drinks were poured into plastic 200 gram glasses. When asked to pour whiskey, brandy could be poured, for lack of the first.
-Service
Service is disgusting. The staff looks at you with such facial expressions as if you owe them something. Bars often ignore customers, which leads to queues. Cleaning in the rooms is normal, except for the fact that the cleaner can come to you at 18-30. Leaving a tip, romantic swans from towels were not observed.
The hotel does not in any way pull on 5 *, maximum 3 *.
