This time we decided to go with a child of 8 years old, and chose a hotel taking into account children's entertainment. Bribed good reviews and the presence of a water park.
But in fact, all the good reviews are most likely written by employees.
Thank God we spent only 1 day at the hotel.
I'll start in order.

Check-in - departed from Kyiv on a night flight (3-20 am) arrived at the hotel at 6-30 somewhere. There was no food on the plane, so we arrived hungry and sleepy. First of all, we were offered to sit on the sofas in the hall and wait. The sofas have not been cleaned, by the way, since they opened. Breakfast started at 7 am, but we weren't allowed in. Wristbands are issued after 10 am. This has never happened before in my practice to go hungry. Having received bracelets at 10-30, in order not to fall asleep and not growl with empty stomachs, we decided to go to the sea. The depth is knee-deep and there are no fish or corals - the length of the pontoon is 700 meters, and behind it the waves are wind and current. (but that's okay, it's in the description). On the beach, we talked with a couple, they said that they were glad that non-Arabs had arrived, and that everyone was running away from the hotel. (which later turned out to be true). By 14-30 we were deigned to give a number, and were told to wait for the loader. The loader climbed somewhere for about 40 minutes, then took our suitcases, and immediately abandoned them. a bus arrived with Arabs - the loader stupidly dropped everything and ran to them. In short, we settled in the room for an hour and a half.
The room is just awful. A huge dead cockroach was lying in front of the door, in the shower a torn drain grate was lying on the floor with a tuft of hair the size of a tennis ball, and I have a strong suspicion that the hair there was not only from the head. On the bedside table there was a lamp with a broken plug, the wires were stupidly inserted into the socket and a strip of yellow electrical tape was pasted on. TV microscopic, I xs inches by 14 probably. All that was normal in the room was air conditioning (although for many it did not work, as it turned out in the morning).
The hotel area is large but everything is old and not well maintained. You go and see that it does not fall apart.
When we were there, vacationers probably 90% were Arabs and not particularly wealthy. Priority has always been given to them. For example, in the dining room you stand in line for a piece of chicken because it gives an Arab 1 piece each (this is real nonsense), a local chock comes up and gets five pieces past the queue. An employee of the "restaurant" tried to put his hands on a plate of cheese that had fallen on the floor. Arab children are not fully inculcated in culture. It is normal for them to pour themselves rice or other food with just dirty hands. They even lick spoons with which to pour. In short - in the morning we were not fed, in the afternoon - I overslept, and in the evening I looked at what was going on there and decided that somehow I was not hungry at all.
On the territory of the hotel there were 2 slides and they did not work. The water park is located, as it were, not in a hotel, in order to get there you need to exit through the hall and there is a separate entrance - you don’t look like swimming trunks. In the water park itself, there are several goroko, which are all plastered with Arabs. By the way, Arabs bathe in clothes, which is good news.

The next day we had a meeting with the guide. at 10:30 am. There it turned out that everything is still fine with us. there were no water or electricity. One dude said that during the night the light went out 4 times and every time I had to get up and turn on the air conditioner again.
In short, it turned out that 24 or 28 people arrived, and the next morning 14 left. Then, within a couple of days, another 6 people from our arrival moved.
I put 2 stars for the animation because. She's the only thing that's normal in this hotel.
Thank God we were moved to another hotel, Xperience Sea Breeze Resort I will write separately for it, but it is neither bad nor good - a hotel like a hotel. Although the Arabs were there, they were apparently richer. behave differently.
