We rested with my husband and daughter 7 years old (second time in Sharm). We always come back from holidays with great experiences and never believed in negative reviews. But.... here is our negative experience:
The flight - it has nothing to do with the hotel, but the overall impression was very spoiled - Bravo Airway not only rescheduled the flight 10 hours later (from morning to evening, than they stole the vacation day. I also rescheduled the flight at the airport and delayed it more; and instead in order to swim in the pool at 12 noon, we just sat down at 12 at night in Sharm.
Check-in - quite quickly at half past one in the night we were settled, when we were already falling down, the room was given horror - dirty, trodden in the bathroom, black stains on the pillows like mold, the rumble of mosquitoes was a nightmare in the room. The child fell and fell asleep, and the husband went to change the room. They gave it without problems, but also on the first floor, but cleaner, more comfortable and without mosquitoes. The room was standard, everything in the room worked, the air conditioner could be adjusted.

In the morning we went to study the infrastructure of the hotel - and a new shock - in the hotel 80-90% were the Arab population. (Coincided with the end of Romodan) it's already hot in the morning. They went from shade to shade.
Food is the second shock. There was almost enough space in the main restaurant, but the way the local food was sorted out was terrible, the assortment was not very good, we can only compare it with the Rehana Hotel in Sharm, it was much more diverse and cleaner. The plates are really dirty and the cups too. They ate the minimum number of dishes, tried to grab meat (chicken), vegetables and pastries. If we are talking about meat or fish, then everything is heavily fried in deep fat or in batter. Darkened in food most of all, that always in the restaurant is a madhouse, noise, screaming, dirt, queues.
Beach, pontoon, reef - the main disappointment. The beach is huge, clean, but the sea is bone-deep, there is no reef at all, how this can be, I can’t understand. Sand overgrown with small algae. And a kilometer-long pontoon, which they do not plan to complete to the depth and to the end of the reef, there are no fish at all. They cleared the algae in the middle of the pontoon and made a swimming area in which everyone sausages and makes fun of the water. And boats constantly moor here and stink of fuel - it was a shame to tears. All neighboring hotels have reefs, fish, but not here. They were not allowed on the pontoons of neighboring hotels, I had to go at 7 in the morning, while there was no security, in order to swim normally with a mask. We went twice to the Albatross. The pontoon is also kilometer long. It actually took 15-20 minutes to get there.
There are only a few shops outside the territory, you need to drive up to civilization by minibus, which run around the clock.
Another joke - the operator told us that there was a mini cruise as a gift (an hour boat ride) The guide at the hotel said that most likely the group would not be enough, but it would be better to buy for the whole day at a discount. And hushed up the topic with the cruise.

The water park is on the level, there are many slides, not all work at once, in parts - half a day alone, half a day second. There were enough sun loungers. The kids area is great. But it was not without adventures, the husband and daughter turned over on the circle and hit hard on the hill. Then I had to go down the hill on foot, and two children immediately rushed behind them and my husband fell on them. Nightmare. There is enough staff, but there is simply no understanding of security, only Russian-speaking animators or at the reception, and even then not all.
The Internet at the reception is zero, but on the beach near the food court, I caught it.
Animation - something for which I wanted to give the maximum score to the hotel - at its best. The guys plow in the heat all day - daytime entertainment + evening shows, a lot of things for the kids. How they survive is unclear. The overall result - friends, but not here, any other hotel. On the 5th day we moved to the Park Inn, read our contrasting review about it.
