This hotel has 97% of them. Dirt all around, plastic cups lying around. There is no chance to sit down at the reception desk (only here is the Internet), because Arab families of 12-15 people at least accumulate everything. With me at the reception, the boy washed the floor and washed the coffee table with the same mop. Chic! In the pools, women bathe in robes and look at us in bathing suits with hatred. You feel uncomfortable.
If you love the sea, this is definitely not the place for you. Children have nowhere to swim, they have to go to the pier. For adults, there is nowhere to swim at all, that is, fish and all other beauties to see the chances of zero. The pier is closed.
The water park works selectively, half of the slides are turned off. The water park is only open for about 4 hours.

Alcohol in this hotel is very scarce. Food, shut up. My kids have never eaten so much bread! There is no choice at all. The restaurant is dirt impossible. Something pure is impossible to find. There are a lot of Arab children, for whom no one looks after, they can do anything! They throw food, they make everything dirty, and no one cleans it up. Full economy. I can put minus 2 for food.
Staff attitude is disgusting. Today I asked for 15 minutes at the reception to call. They just ignore us, don't notice. Come up and ask for water, then first they will serve all the Arabs, and only then they will do you a favor.
Vacation ruined! The kids were upset about the water park. We are changing hotels tomorrow. To tell the truth, the representative of our operator solved everything without any problems, though with a surcharge, but they reacted just fine.
