Ужасно Terrible

They settled relatively quickly, they offered to pay extra for a better quality room... We refused, and as we later learned from compatriots who made an additional payment, it was not in vain: their service and the quality of the room were worse than ours... When we checked in, no one examined the room with us. . . It was very dirty and there was a crack in the window on the terrace. The room was removed after the request. But during the eviction, they demanded $ 50 from us for repairing the terrace... We checked out at 4 in the morning and there was no one to intercede for 2 girls with a child of 3 years old. There was no hotel guide. We were not allowed to take lunch with us! It was terrible. Impressions ruined
