I would like to write a review that will be useful for vacationers.
Rested 2m with a friend (we are 23-24 years old). To make it easier to navigate the review, I will break it down into subparagraphs.
SETTLEMENT - We are very lucky with these. We arrived late in the evening and they began to settle us immediately. They gave us a form to fill out and said in plain text that if we want, we can pay extra and get a nice room with a sea view. I asked what the room will be initially if you don't pay extra, we were told "well, with a view of the garden. " then went into the course of a smile and so on. and we were assured that the room would be good anyway. later we saw that the initial number was crossed out and another one was written. Our many familiar guys,
who rested with us, gave $ 10-20 each, but the rooms were worse. Since we didn’t have time for dinner, they gave us a package for each person, the contents were two sandwiches. 2 sweet rolls, orange and juice.

NUMBER - here we are really lucky. The room was given in very good condition. 2 rooms. one room has a huge single bed, and the other two odnushki. Large bathroom. View on two sides. From the window (where odnushki) a view of another hotel and palm trees, from another room - a balcony and a view of the pool (we liked the view). The rooms were cleaned for us every day, different figures were twisted every day, shampoo and water were brought. But again, this is a double-edged sword. We had it all, even though we left $ 1 only 1 time. And our neighbors were cleaned, but the figures were not twisted at all (a husband-wife couple lived there). Once the sink started leaking in the room, I called and reported the problem. By the time we went out for lunch, everything was fixed. quickly and efficiently.
FOOD - I can't really say anything bad here. Everything was delicious and there was a large selection. For all the time, the kitchen of this hotel is not at all tired, and now I even miss it. Sweets for everyone) They are very sweet, but the choice is so big that there is plenty to choose from. Fruits - melon (very tasty), bananas, oranges, grapefruit (well, probably it was him))) it tastes but the color is yellow), guava, strawberries were only in desserts, but large). There is a children's menu.
Tip - go up in the restaurant to the 2nd floor. everything is the same there, only fewer people, more comfortable and + there is wine)
WATER PARK POOL - they say that our hotel has the largest swimming pools (if you take hotels in the area). yes, the pools are really small. The main central pool is not heated, the other (from the central one to the right) is heated. in the heated water park everything except for children) there is very cold water there) there is no smell of chlorine and so on at all. The water park is not even bad, that's just the fact that the slides turn on in sequence a little infuriated. the coolest from 10 to 12. then there is water aerobics. and then everyone goes to lunch and the water park does not work normally from 13.00 to 15.00 at 15.00 the slides are turned on again and the water park is open until 17.00. the wave pool is very cool, but again it is not clear how to turn it on. but I don't think this will be a problem.

BARS - I don’t even know what to write here) many wrote that in other hotels 1 glass in hand. it's not like that, here you can take as much as you can carry. big + is that cola, fanta, sprite from bottles. he is not diluted. their alcohol is also not diluted, then it is theirs. we somehow looked at all the bottles with the bartender, they are really 40 gr. and closed. They just have terrible alcohol. you need to get used to it... but we still managed to be drunk))) my advice - who wants to drink exactly - take a bottle of your alcohol from home or buy it in duty. Bar with alcohol near the central pool and near the sea. in the water park - only a non-alcoholic bar.
SEA - here comes the biggest disappointment. Unfortunately, this hotel is not in the Red Sea, but in the bay. If you want to fly to Egypt for the sake of corals and fish, this is not the place for you. they are not here. But if it's enough for you to see a couple of fish and stingrays and go on excursions and diving - it's not even bad. we had enough of that. but each person has their own priorities. it will be very good with children, since there is nothing special about them that they can hurt themselves. there is a huge pier, but the descent into the sea is only in the middle of the pier, and its end has not yet been completed (here's how to finish it - it will be gorgeous). aquashoes - preferably . . they cost $ 3 at the hotel. but don't forget that they like to haggle! )) goggles or mask = 2-5$
INTERNET - there's a problem with it) it's free only in the lobby, but it's generally terrible, but I don't see the point in buying, it's better to buy a card at the airport. 2.5 gigabytes of internet costs $3. there are others.
STAFF - honestly I will tell you, I have never met such positive and good guys. The hotel employs only men (well, and everywhere in Egypt, they are not allowed for women to work in hotels) Girls only in animators. Everyone is very nice, everyone asks if everything is fine and how you are doing. Animators are the best! I would like to say special thanks to Lera, Ira and Yulia. Guys Smile, Samba, Kimo and Charlie - this vacation would not be so cool without you! Every evening your chic costumes, your images, you are so funny that we couldn’t just sit next to each other, we wanted to constantly dance and participate wherever you invited! ) The hotel would not be so fun without you! ) we miss you very much) The kids will be very fun with the guys, like how the guys constantly arrange kids disco, constant fun is guaranteed! )

In general, we are very pleased with the rest. There was not a single day that we were bored! We will definitely return to this hotel!
