Hello, I recently returned from a holiday in Egypt. We rested at the Sea Beach Aqua Park Resort 4 * family, husband, me and a child. I would like to immediately write a review about the hotel in hot pursuit. To begin with, our flight to Sharm El Sheikh was delayed for a whole day. We arrived in Sharm El Sheikh on March 12, although it was planned for the 11th. We arrived at the hotel at about 12-12.30 pm We were settled within 15-20 minutes. Our room was on the 1st floor. The first impression of the room is dirt. Around the dust and unwashed floor. The room had 2 beds, i. e. the child was not provided with a bed. Of course, you could go to the reception and complain, but we left everything as it is. Towels in the room were also laid only for two, that is, the child seemed to be completely absent from the room. The first day they cleaned the room, made the bed and sprinkled with flower petals; the second day they just made the bed; in the end, the bed was made anyhow, they didn’t even consider it necessary to put pillows on the bed. One day they did not even come to us for cleaning. We did not leave a tip, maybe that's why we were treated so negligently. As for towels, get ready for the fact that they will not be changed for you every day either, as evidenced by the sticker on the mirror in the bathroom. (I'll post a photo below). Towels, not only were 2 instead of the prescribed 3 sets, and then they constantly did not report, and they had to be reminded that they would report the required towels. Bed linen for all 8 days of rest was not changed even once. The room has a TV, refrigerator, safe, hairdryer, air conditioning. Every day they brought 1.5 liters of water per person. (we always had 2 bottles, again, the child was not counted). The hotel area is large, clean, in my opinion the hotel is cleaner than in the room. Access to the sea is rocky and shallow. You can enter from pantone, but even then there are such small gaps where you can swim that if there are a lot of people, everyone simply won’t fit. Personally, we have never swum in the sea during the entire holiday, because there was a strong wind and it was quite cool. There are pools on site, the water in them is cold, but after dinner, some still swam. The food is normal, this is of course an amateur, but you will not stay hungry in any case. Every day before dinner they made different cocktails. In the restaurant itself, everything is free, except for freshly squeezed juices, this is for a fee of $ 1. You can also visit 1 of 4 restaurants (Italian, Chinese, Indian and I don't remember the 4th one) for free once. You just approach the girl Tatyana, she sits next to the entrance to the restaurant where you dine and make an appointment with her when and which restaurant you want to go. On the territory of the hotel, on the beach and in the water park there are bars with drinks, both alcoholic and just tea and coffee. Free ice cream is served on the beach at lunchtime. The water park bar only non-alcoholic drinks. In general, the only thing that pleased us in this hotel was a water park with slides for children and adults. The pools are not heated, but somehow it doesn’t feel that way when you fall there from the slides. Gorges are gorgeous. Near the water park there is a mini bar for children. Your children are engaged and entertained there, walking with them, baking cookies, etc. . It is not possible to approach the bar on site at any time of the day, there is always a queue. It seems that people come here to get drunk, and not to get some positive emotions. . And by the evening there are already such "boiled" tourists that you just wonder how they still stand on their feet. There is an ATM at the reception where you can withdraw money by card. Also at the reception there is free Wi-Fi, weak of course, but still there. When you leave the hotel, there are boutiques where you can buy souvenirs and more at reasonable prices. Boutiques both when crossing the road and immediately on the left side of the hotel. We didn’t take excursions from a hotel guide, because it’s still a little expensive. I can recommend you a company through which we took excursions, affordable prices, a SIM card with 2G internet as a gift. I will not say that we are such pretentious tourists, but such a hotel and such a negligent attitude for the first time. Personally, I never cling to trifles, because we came to rest, but for some reason this time it was hooked. I hope my review will help you make the right choice.
