Hello! Guys, I read the latest reviews and was horrified: everything is so bad right? ! We rested in this hotel with a large group from 04/30/2018 to 04/06/2018 (four adults and three children). Chose the hotel based on the reviews in terms of price-quality ratio. We went positively and our chic vacation was a success! I will say right away, as soon as we bought the tour, I wrote to the Hotel administration with a request for an early check-in and a good room. The arrival was early at 7 am, and we were worried that we would have to wait until 2 pm with small children. Nothing like this! We were immediately put on bracelets and sent to breakfast, and after breakfast we were settled in a tidy room (I didn’t pay anything extra, I just smiled at the reception). The room was clean, on the first floor, everything functioned. Of course, I've been in better rooms, but we didn't go for that. They cleaned our place regularly, changed the bedding and issued towels without any problems (a dollar will help you! ). Next, about food: guys, what do you eat at home? ! I enjoyed the fact that everything is delicious, fresh, cooked right in front of you, all the cooks are diligent, smiling. There were chicken, beef, fish, even shells (or was someone looking for pork from a Muslim country? ), vegetables, fruits, pastries, everything was super! Swimming pools, a water park - this is a separate delight from children and a lot of impressions! Regarding alcohol in 100-gram cups, in Egypt this is the norm, we took 0.5 glasses with us and the problem is solved. Special attention should be paid to animation: super-positive guys diversified our holiday! Dancing, water aerobics, evening shows and discos, separate animation for children. The staff is friendly and everything can be negotiated. The only disappointment is the entrance from the sea. But we swam from the pier. We took excursions from the Join up operator (diving, megasafari, +3 free excursions), an excellent team, everything is organized at the level and, most importantly, inexpensive. The main thing is a positive attitude and your vacation will be 100% successful!! !
