We chose a hotel before the trip, we really liked it, a huge territory, large pools, a water park, spacious rooms. packages with food in the room. First impression: the room was not cleaned after previous guests, there was dirt on the bathroom floor, the curtains were dirty, the refrigerator was not working. In the morning, first of all, they said that the refrigerator was not working, they promised to replace it, which never happened They asked for an iron, they said in 20 minutes the cleaner would bring it, 1.5 hours passed, no cleaner, no iron. On the second day, thank God, the cleaner cleaned the room or just pretended to clean it, but he came for a tip as soon as he saw us. Every time received tips and sweets after cleaning, and on the last day, he came up and directly said "Give me dollars! "
And everything would be fine, but after a couple of days, after dinner, terrible pains in the abdomen began, diarrhea, both for me and for the guy, and +38.3 temperature, this continued for 2 days... we immediately noticed that the food was not very fresh , especially vegetables, meat with blood and a strange smell... many tourists complained about bad food... upon departure they learned that more than 5 dozen people were in the hospital, as well as children... and then they themselves saw how a man was on a gurney loaded into an ambulance. Opinion about the hotel has changed a lot! There is no desire to come here.
