As elsewhere, check-in starts at 12, but the guys at the reception do not hesitate to offer you to check in early for 20-30 dollars, of course, we did not use this service, but when the time came, the employee called him Adel, said that he would check us in, but the room we won't have much. Desserts are almost all the same, just poured with different syrups. There are no normal fruits, seafood is the same. You can eat meat there sometimes in the evening, there are 2 points on the street, in one they make the same pasta every day, and in the second they fry meat, when they made kebab it was delicious. There is simply no sea. There is a pontoon about 1 km long. but he is not completed. The maximum depth, about chest deep, the water is cold. There is nothing special about entertainment. The animation team somehow save you from boredom, but not really. If it were not for the excursions (naturally paid), the rest would have been totally destroyed. According to the description, the hotel has heated pools, which I never saw a single warm pool. On the site you will see a photo of a huge pool, but alas and oh, for the entire stay at this hotel, not a single soul swam there, the bulk went to another pool, it is much smaller, and the sun warms it up a little. Room cleaning. They clean up so badly and treat it all that you have to catch them and poke your finger where you need to clean them up. They kind of changed the bed for us, but in fact they just remade it. Cleaning is equally bad, even if you leave them money for it. The reception staff is a separate issue, you can see from their faces that they are not going to work and solve your problems. On the second day we had a meeting with the guide, in which he told the rules and so on, one of the rules he said that after checking out of the room by 12 o'clock, we have the right to use the guest room or (shower room). And so we had fun and asked for this room, to which our "beloved" employee named Adel said that it was only for money, and you would not be provided with such a service. He does not care about the rules of operators, Tez Tour, Pegaz Touristik and your other operators, he knows all the rules better. I called the guide and gave the information that Adel told me, he asked me to hand over the phone, they talked and Adel just hung up and said that I would either go there for money or not go at all.
