We arrived in the evening after 19.00, settled quickly, for "gratitude" they gave a room closer to the sea, as it turned out later, these are their best rooms, the so-called blue room. The room was really good, huge bathroom with shower, bathtub and bidet. Access directly to the sea... excellent. Cleaned daily, we did not see or notice the cleaning boy, he always came when we were not there, changed water and towels daily. Twisted all sorts of swans from towels)))). Just smart. The only negative was that there was constantly water in the bathroom due to an incorrectly made stack. The hotel itself is huge, everything is green, flowers, everything is watered, everything is cut. 3 swimming pools, water park, two restaurant halls on the first and second floors. Near the sea there is a bar where they prepare pizza, khachapuri and french fries (the only edible and tasty food in this hotel), thanks to the cheerful chef, in my opinion Ahmed.
Now about the sad and unpleasant... The food is terrible, monotonous, tasteless for 12 days of our stay, the menu has not changed in any way. Pasta, rice, potatoes. From meat: dry chicken, fish, goulash. Every single day is the same! Drinking... it's generally tin! Standing at the bar are dusty bottles with some kind of muddy birl, swollen from the heat with crooked labels, in which some kind of mucus is already floating... They only drank beer, it was imported in glass bottles. Wine is poured to you only at dinner or lunch, 30 grams in a plastic cup, and they squeeze it out of some kind of bag. Regarding the wine, there was a conflict with the administrator of the restaurant on the second floor. We complained. . . he apologized, the conflict was over.
Now the most disgusting and unpleasant thing about this hotel, because of which, I definitely will never go there again. These are Arabs... it's just some kind of tin! I didn't think they were so arrogant, rude and uncultured! They come in huge packs. You just go to a restaurant to eat, but you don't even hear yourself! Children rush, yell, throw food, climb out of line! They gain so much food that it seems they have not eaten forever, all this remains on plates, falls on the floor, drags food into the pool (it turns out that, unlike us, this is possible)! All drinks because of the "corona" were poured only into plastic glasses, and so the Arabs have no idea that these glasses should be thrown into the trash, he just drank and threw them at his feet, this is the norm, the whole hotel is polluted with these glasses! It is normal for Arab children to stand by the pool and piss with their legs apart. Once we came to the pool, but they didn’t let us in, and there an Arab child took a shit!!!!!

The last day, I just thought that my husband would break loose... they came to the pool for a swim, an Arab family with children came, the children climbed into the pool and just took a shit in it again! When the husband and another girl from Ukraine raised a scandal, the manager came and said that this is not shit, they were cleaning the filters... while the Arab pack immediately retreated to the rooms... that's it, the curtain! In the evening, the situation repeated itself, we came to the restaurant on the first floor... an Arab child is walking around the restaurant, and, sorry, shit is falling out of his pants, when we made a remark to my mother that, sorry, people eat here, she didn’t take him to the toilet, no... guys, she put it on the dining table and began to wipe the crap and put these napkins on the dining table... it was just the last frontier!! ! And these are not one-year-old children, these are children of 3-4 years old, who should already have some kind of concept...
Arabs smoke wherever they please, at the reception, where it is forbidden, none of the staff makes any remarks to them, i. е. if you want to sit under the air conditioner on the Internet, then sit and sniff tobacco smoke with your child, because an Arab cannot go out and smoke. Discos are only for Arabs, our music simply doesn’t exist, one evening something indistinct was playing, a lottery with a prize draw was held only for Arabs, it seems that there are simply no Belarusians or Ukrainians in the hotel, one solid Arab camp.
The water park is old, half of the slides do not work, the slides near the pool do not work. The staff is not bad, great waiters guys, funny both on the first and on the second floor, I just sympathized with them, how they cleaned these pigsties after the Arab families... The sea is no... shallow, a ramp was made and a small paddock was cleared where you can swim , at 17.30 they are already kicked out with a displeased look, when to swim in this sea... it is not clear, according to the lifeguards, one should go at 12.00, when the air temperature is 42 degrees and it is simply impossible to be under the sun. Many thanks to the girls managers Galina and Maria, who just tried to resolve our conflicts.
I advise you not to take excursions at the hotel, it turns out to be more expensive by 2, or even three times! Leave the hotel, there are good offices, for example, Victor, we went to Dahab for $ 55, rode quad bikes, then swam in the blue lagoon... the beauty is indescribable, not like the beach from the hotel, then there was lunch with the Bedouins, then they rode camels, then they took us to the canyon, where they treated us to Bedouin tea. The hotel only wanted to ride on a yacht for three hours for 3 hours 90 dollars.

In general... the hotel is not bad, the sea is nearby, the staff is good, but the food is just terrible, except for sweets and pastries, the alcohol is terrible, they pour wine and look at you like a complete drunk, but because of the number of Arabs who behave just like in the zoo, I will never go to this hotel again.
