Traveled with my daughter from 25.12 to 01.01. Been abroad in Europe in Egypt was the first time. We arrived at the hotel around 11 am. Settled quickly. The hotel is not bad, but already clearly lived. Although they say that this is normal for Egypt. The territory is large, everything is very clean and well-groomed. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed every day, they never threw them on the floor, although there is a sign in the toilet warning that towels will be changed only on demand. The food is good, varied, there was always meat and fish. It is hard to feed a child, but you can always find something that the child eats. In our case, it was pasta, french fries, vegetables, fruits and scrambled eggs in the morning. Very tasty desserts and pastries. We arrived at the hotel, there were mostly foreigners, there were no special queues, but on 30 and 31 there was a big arrival of compatriots and Armenians, and only then there were huge queues, a flea market and a crush on the buffet. I love my nation, but I still don’t understand why pushing, pushing everyone forward. There is enough food for everyone.
I really liked the animation. The child was delighted with the children's animators Tanya and Eleonora, who led a mini disco and played with them in the kids club. Thanks to the guys who put on the show - Bido, Sasha, Tanya, Sharaui, Luca, Jean Luca, Mateo. Always very creative and funny. It was evident that the guys are trying, creative and doing what they can in the conditions that the hotel management creates for them.
The service is good, on the third day I didn’t have to order drinks sitting on the terrace in the evenings, the waiters already remembered and knew what my daughter and I were drinking. Everyone is trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

But as I understood later, this is the merit of their tour operator, who organizes animation for them, rents part of the restaurant, leads tours of the hotel on the first day, showing and telling where everything is. Our tour operators learn from them and learn about service and not just about collecting money.
Of the minuses of the hotel, I did not like the organization of the new year. It seems like they were supposed to be seated, in fact everyone sat down wherever they wanted. In this regard, you come to your table, but it is busy and the search for the administration begins. Well, the buffet on New Year's Eve kills all the mood when you stand in line for 40 minutes to get food, and then after 10 minutes you go out for a second and your plate has already been removed. It's hard to say how delicious the meal was. In my opinion, it was possible to put just a little bit on each table, at least snacks, so that people would not burst for food.

In general, the hotel is a quiet family, who needs a drive to go to the club and this is a plus. You choose what you want a quiet holiday or party.
