Hello! To begin with, I now understand why the negative reviews from the Russians and why they are not loved as tourists. Yes, all because I have never seen such a boorish attitude of Russians towards the staff! They consider themselves Gods, having paid $ 500 per tour, and all Arabs are their slaves! People!! ! Think about how you treat people the way they treat you! In general, it’s not about that, it just boiled during the rest, because. the hotel was 60 percent of the Russians and had seen enough of everyone.
So! The hotel is fully consistent with the 4-ke, the only negative is the shallow sea, but this has nothing to do with the hotel.
We arrived at the hotel around 16.00, settled us within 10 minutes, while not giving a penny of money. The room was given in the first building, on the 3rd floor, partially overlooking the sea and the second building. And all this thanks to a smile and calm communication with the administrator at the reception desk (and those who initially demand some kind of chic room and are rude from them, they are fundamentally settled somewhere in the outskirts with a view of the trash can, and I also populate from 40 minutes ( !!! )

Standard room (photo attached), 2 beds, 2 armchairs, coffee table, wardrobe, safe (free by the way), etc… Of course, the furniture is not super new, but it will do. The shower is combined with the toilet. There was even a hair dryer called Valera, which speaks for itself)). The towels are white, clean, changed every day. The room was also cleaned every day, but washed with some rubbish, which each time had to be aired...
There are three swimming pools on the territory of the hotel, one with a slide and a bar, the second is just a pool), and the third is heated. Near the pools, new, good sunbeds, not like on the beach near the sea, they are already outdated and a little falling apart.
The animation team is super!! ! They entertained everyone from 10 am to 12 am, they also took everyone to discos. In the afternoon, volleyball, football, table tennis, yoga, boccia, aerobics... So we didn’t get bored. 2 times a day they danced the "Dance of the animators" near the central pool, cool and fun)) Thank you - Vovka, Sasha and Katyusha *-)
By the way, who on vacation cannot live without sports, then please - a free gym.
There are also a lot of interesting things for the kids, firstly, it is a water park, which completely belonged to the hotel and a children's animator who entertained them all day, so there is someone to leave your child to if you suddenly want to take a break from him for a couple of hours).
All pools in the water park are heated. There are probably 15 slides, I didn’t count exactly. There are both for adults and for children, although now the children are absolutely fearless, they also rode on such slides that I would not ride for any money))). There is a separate pool for the smallest, with mini-slides. The water park worked from 10 am to 5 pm, so there is enough time to walk your fidgets))! .

And now the most important thing is Food!! ! Food, as for me, is the same everywhere in Egyptian hotels. We were not particularly spoiled with variety, but we were not hungry either, one might even say the opposite). The only negative is that there is no children's menu. For breakfast, 4 types of yogurt, some kind of milk porridge (we never tried it), fruits, croissant-type buns, toast... They fry an omelet, scrambled eggs, there are also boiled chicken eggs, cheese, sausage, sausages, salads... For breakfast quite enough. For lunch, for the fastidious, there was always french fries, mashed potatoes and fried potatoes (like we have “peasant potatoes”), as well as rice, or spaghetti, or fettuccine . . Salads, vegetables, olives, olives, stewed vegetables, steamed, in batter . . Meat like beef, there was always chicken, fish, they somehow gave tuna, and king prawns with mussels, squids were... Who will say that it’s not enough ? ? Yes, I don’t believe that someone I was hungry! It's just that not everyone was used to such food, while the Armenians went and complained that there was nothing to eat, they probably wanted to see mutton skewers here every day ?? ? So - the taste and color, there are no comrades! For dinner, in principle the same.
I was very pleased with the assortment of sweets, many types of cakes, pies, casseroles... in principle, I’m not a sweet tooth, but I ate something like cheesecakes and baklava on both cheeks))
And so, for lovers of strong liquor - do not hope that their Whiskey is like RedLabel !! ! They have whiskey, vodka, tequila for one smell and taste, and it’s impossible to drink. Some said that beer is like normal. Cola, sprite even more or less, but juices, it's more like Yuppie.
For those who have little food for breakfast and lunch, but near the sea, in a snack bar, until 17.00 you can have a bite of french fries, a hamburger or pita bread.
Because we rested on 01/03/2014, then, accordingly, we celebrated the New Year here. I just want to say nothing special. It’s just that tables were set in a huge tent (there were only local drinks), and for food you had to run (just run) to the other end of the tent, because. it was quickly dismantled and after two hours they simply simply removed everything altogether. “No” show program, which ended at 00.30. But it was very nice to celebrate the New Year in the company of absolutely unknown people!! ! Huge hello to Igor and Lena from Sevastopol, Serezha and Alena from Kyiv and their parents!!! !
