mainly heated pools!
So, a little about everything:

We arrived at 9:30, check-in from 15. They asked us to check in earlier, they smiled at us and said that the room was being prepared and we had to wait a bit. They gave me a box of sweets - thank you, wait. We waited half an hour, gave $ 10, gave the key to the room immediately! Bracelets said to receive after three! (lunch till 3, and we are with two children 8 and 2! They put us in a golf cart and took us to our room! We drove for a long time, about 7 minutes, the driver explained all the way that it was a long time by car, but everything was close on foot. Brought to the room and we fell into a stupor. The room is on the outskirts, doors and windows overlook a stone wall! Without further ado, we asked to be taken to the reception. There is a separate story. The staff DOES NOT SPEAK RUSSIAN! They asked to call someone Russian-speaking nibul. We swear and say that we booked another room, they smile at us in response and say, we only have these! 20 minutes of dispute and we were settled in a room with access to a warm pool. Indescribable beauty! The view from the room and the playground in front of it are just beautiful! We settled in and didn’t even pay much attention to the fact that it’s almost impossible to sleep on a folding sofa! And the bed is great! Huge and comfortable! In general, this is what the settlement! Tip: be sure to ask for a number that suits you instead of the suggested one. Offer almost always from the worst!!
Cleaning. The first couple of days left $ 2 . . But, we did not see any swans or high-quality cleaning. Then they left 1 each. Why pay more? Changed towels, left 2 sets of shower accessories after we asked for it. The last 2 days for 1 set, for an unknown reason . . Apparently he decided that we had enough for a dollar))
Distances. Our room is 8054, all rooms for 8 are remote villa rooms. To the reception about 7 minutes at a leisurely pace. But we weren't bothered! For the very lazy - a golf cart carries for free, you just need to call and call. But we liked walking to the dining room more, especially since it is very beautiful around.
From the reception to the beach is also about 7 minutes. You need to cross the road. There is a traffic light, but we are not sure that all Egyptians know what a "traffic light" is. In recent days, we have not used the button. In general, the sea is not far away, BUT God forbid to forget something in the room))) It's lazy to return) There is a toilet on the beach, at the reception of the fayroze hotel. Towels are given at the entrance.
Beach. The beach is wonderful! You can swim for both children and adults! Splash in the sea with a clean bottom. Or swim with a mask near the corals a little to the right - stingrays, butterflies, surgeons, angels and everything is waiting for you there. A couple of clown fish live) We didn’t see only Napoleons, for them it’s small visible.
Children fiddled in the sand, built castles - they liked it very much.
Food. In the morning - omelettes, muesli, yoghurts, sandwiches with tasteless cheeses and sausages, cereals. For lunch - chicken, bony fish, soups, liver, rice, pasta, potatoes.
Veal is added in the evening.
Well, vegetables constantly and a lot - raw, stewed, boiled, steamed.
From fruits - bananas, melons, dates, guava (2 r), apklsins.
Sauces, cakes. . .
You won't leave hungry, and in principle, a lot of it is quite tasty. Children have something to feed)

There are no tablecloths on the tables, the tables are dirty. They have a napkin on top, plates and cutlery on it. Dirty dishes are not removed immediately. There are few waiters, they simply do not have time.
Bar. Separate story. Beer is poured into plastic cups of 100 g! My husband, a beer lover, was in shock all these days. (and not only him . . The rest of the male vacationers were also very indignant! ) And he gave money, and chocolates and seeds. Once poured into his glass 0.5. And so - beer is not present or it is not enough. Running constantly is stressful. Cocktails are the same. Juices are nectars. Of course, you can get drunk if someone has a desire . . But it’s difficult) and tasteless. We had a bar near the room inside the pool)
The children took a "no-alcohol cocktail for children" - beautiful and tasty, but tired of the day in 3)
Internet. He is not. Rather, there is, paid. We bought a card for $6. They called on viber, they threw photos, videos. It's enough, there's still more.
Purchases. They called George Clooney. Souvenirs, oils - everything is there. 2 times cheaper than the prices in the shop at the hotel. Plus a free roundtrip shuttle.
Animation. She's gone! That is, no at all! Absolutely! Evening disco for children. A half-dead girl with an absent look tried to cheer up the children)) After the children's disco, there was live music a couple of times. One "singer" sang so much that I wanted to shoot him so that he would not suffer))
Smells! You can smoke everywhere!! ! And it's terrible. But, in principle, there is a specific smell of oils and hookah everywhere, so I won’t say that it stank very much. There was a different flavor. . . Urine, sorry. This was unexpected! Sometimes so abruptly that it was breathtaking. From where, we still do not understand...
Pools are cleaned by pouring a bucket of bleach at 5 pm . . Well, nets and vacuum cleaners.
Staff. Friendly, unobtrusive . . and completely indifferent to everything) Not all, of course ! ! And, of course, English-speaking! Only the manager and a couple of bartenders spoke Russian. Therefore, we pulled up our English perfectly))

Lunchboxes!! ! We left at 4:45. Lunch boxes were prepared for us on the way! One big paper bag each! Oh, if we knew, it would be better if we took something from dinner for the children . . Having unpacked the packages at the airport, we were horrified. "Hamburgers" - sliced ​ ​ buns, and inside microscopic 2 pieces of tasteless cheese, in fact, just a dry bun. Croissant not fresh, nothing, cupcakes a week old. From edible - juice and orange. And in one package, the croissant and cupcake were bitten!! ! With real imprint of teeth!! ! They threw it out, of course.
Outcome. Will we go to this hotel again? Most probably not. It's far from a five. And very boring! But it's beautiful, no doubt about it.
