Let me start by saying that we went to Egypt for the first time. This hotel was recommended to us by our travel agent. Accommodation is terrible. They speak Russian badly. Initially booked a studio room. I must say right away that the room is located outside the hotel, through two city roads. Walk to the reception about 2 km. Asked to change the room surcharge demanded 135 dollars. Changed after payment. The rooms are old, even the water in the bathroom does not drain. No service. Cleaning was done once with us, 10 minutes. Almost no dust was removed. On the terrace, in general, the floor was not even swept even once (not just washed). Meals: there was meat a couple of times in gravy, there was chicken, legumes in general, there were potatoes a couple of times, there was pilaf, salads, greens. If you come in the middle of the allotted time, for example, there is nothing left for lunch. And there are not even clean appliances. She went and asked. Packed drinks. Not enough, waiting for replenishment. Fruits: sliced apples, bananas, melons, oranges were (everything was sliced). No alcohol, poured from disposable cups. I really didn’t like that smoking everywhere, right next to the reception, in the bar. . . We sat waiting for the guide and breathed cigarette smoke. Separately about the sea. To the sea, you need to go through two city roads (cars don’t stop much, although there is a pedestrian crossing) pass through the territory of another hotel, then only sunbeds and the beach was our hotel. There was also a free water park, I wonder who has children. The pools closed at 6 pm, the sea too. There is no animation in the evening. Fortunately, Naama Bay is not far away, we went for a walk. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.
