I chose the hotel based on reviews, rating 8. Alas:
There are no 8 pools there, covered with yellow ribbons. 2 small ones left
The food is modest, no frills. there weren't even bananas, ice cream, french fries (maybe we just didn't find. . . ) ((
Waterpark Cleopark - it is impossible to call a water park. A couple of slides open. The rest are closed. The water in the pools and canals is released, damn it ((
The guide from the Anex tour in this hotel is boorish! After long, annoying chatting and harassment, we still refused to buy an excursion - the result: he didn’t order food for us on the road during a night flight ((very unpleasant ((( you stand at the airport and feel like an inferior and hungry subhuman).
I also really want everyone to know 90% of the guests are Arabs !! ! Who understands. . .
(if you stand in line with them, they serve them first. . . )
From the pros: the sea is gentle, good entry, there were places, enough for everyone.

The animations are great. There were no mosquitoes in the room, nice and helpful staff. Excellent mango and agave juice. Desserts are great. Naaba bay area with a promenade.
I don't know who writes such great reviews.
And of course, a very bad impression when passing control at the airport (they checked documents 10 times, searched 2 times ((((horror)
